Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pool The only part of our stay that was a bit chilly was the pool. It was not heated and it was a little bit to cold. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and they are all heated. But great hotel. August 28, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by bed was comfortable. Room was very small for a suite. We asked for a suite. What we got was a regular sized room with more furniture jammed into it. The room seemed like it hadn't been updated for awhile. The toilet was loose and banged loudly when you got off. Everything else was about average. Was probably the worse Holiday Inn Express I ever stayed in. Its acceptable but not the quality we expected from Holiday Inn Express. August 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel for fair price My family and I were going to explore Seattle and also go to the Premium Outlets. I was looking at a few of the hotels in the downtown area but decided to go with this hotel. Though the hotel looks a bit dated, everything else is well kept, room is clean and breakfast is excellent. Kids enjoyed using the pool every evening when we got back. The only issue we had was there was an odor in the room itself. My wife asked me if it is a non-smoking room and I'm pretty sure it was so we weren't sure where it was coming from. It kinda bothers us when we go inside the room but after a while we don't notice it as much, it might just be that we were getting use to it. In my opinion, it is a good hotel to stay at as a compromise to be able to get to downtown Seattle and the outlet. August 27, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Right in the Middle This property was average run right down the middle. Nothing was poor and nothing was outstanding about our stay. All the main items of importance were adequate like cleanliness, beds, value and comfort. The location is a little tricky to find as you have to enter into the hotel property through the entrance into the casino street inlet right next door. It is fairly close to I-5 and would work well for a one night stay on travel or business. It is walking distance to the casino next door as well as a few different restaurants that were a few blocks distance. The hotel staff was friendly. I would not recommend this property for a vacation. We were attending a conference in Seattle for our stay. With the traffic in the morning it took us an hour to get to the Seattle Convention center. Females Traveling Alone: I would recommend parking on the side of the hotel that faces the front entrance. The parking lot is somewhat dimly lit at night and the casino brings folks milling about the parking lots that face one another. There is a carport to pull through that you can unpack your belongings, check in & put your personal items into your room - then go park your car so that you are not distracted. Once inside the hotel, it is well lit and safe. August 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Hello, A few of us had to travel to Everett for a meeting, which was actually held at the hotel. The staff was always very helpful and nice. The GM went way beyond the call of duty for us. I want to thank you all for your help and customer service. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. All of my co-workers said the hotel was great. All 4, we all had 4 different room. DM August 23, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs an update The furnishings and decor are looking a bit worn and tired. We arrived at 4:00 pm and had to wait for our room to be ready for 30 mins. We've stayed here many times but we weren't as impressed with our recent stay. August 15, 2014
