Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My favorite place to stay. Had a great overnight stay in Farmington. We have stayed here before and really liked the rooms, so we decided to stop here again. The young lady at the front desk was fabulous! Had one of those contagious smiles. She was back again when we checked out the next morning, and was still smiling! There is nothing like seeing someone that seems to really like their job that makes a stay more enjoyable. The commons area and the room were nice and clean. The only bad part of the night was the noise in the hallway, and that was other guests in the hotel, so there wasn't much the staff could have done about that. We don't travel much, but we always stay at Holiday Inn Express. March 26, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hot tub was down and bathroom sink plugged Overall, the hotel was typical Holiday Inn Express, but I was surprised to find the hot tub out of service and my sink clogged when I got to my room. Maintenance was unable to clear the drain and the 1st night was spend with a clogged drain and a sink filled with brackish water that smelled bad. I expected to be moved to another room but it was not offered. March 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel ..poor quality on curtains This was a nice hotel however in EVERY single room the curtains were measured too short (at least 4 inches) and therefore the light from the parking lot and daytime shines right in your eyes when you are in bed. Someone should have gotten that part right. We had to put pillows and cushions from the couch to block the light and when you went outside and looked at the hotel you could see that a ton of other guests did the same thing! March 12, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bloomfield was very unsatisfactory At first, the clerk was very unfriendly and was hesitant to give me extra towel/shampoo. Our room was was either too cold or too hot with a cold draft coming in from underneath the heater. TV had a loose antanna just hanging and not working. Noticed two light bulbs burned out, no heating light in the bathroom, telephone was not working, but maintance fixed it. Pool very cold and hot tub not working. Also you could hear noises coming from the rooms,halls and upstairs. The next morning the same clerk checked me in was still working, and made a comment to her coworker about me while I was getting my breakfast. Her rude comment was She sure has a big appetite! then went saying I used to attend conferences too. March 11, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 The staff was able to send part of the group to another room We had some issues with one of our rooms, but maintenance did move us to another room with less issues, just a couple this time. The new room's microwave didn't work and the smoke alarm started chirping, maintenance did put in a new battery and it stopped. Note: maintenance did service unit promptly. March 11, 2015
