Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy night We had quite a nice top floor room with a separate sitting area but our Saturday night stay was ruined by the room's paper thin walls & the noisy behaviour of our fellow guests. In Farmington it seems normal to allow your children to run up & down corridors til late whilst having loud conversations outside other guest's rooms. Competetive door slamming also appears to be popular. I understand there was a wrestling event in town - no comment. April 30, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Will stay here again The room was large and comfortable. It was very clean and the breakfast was decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the pool being ice cold. We will definitely stay here again. We have stayed in several hotels in Farmington while visiting family and this is our favorite so far because of the cleanliness. April 26, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Night Manager on a Power Trip This is a very nice hotel, rooms clean, most of the staff nice. We did have a problem with a night/evening manager who at 8:30pm came to our room because our five and three year old were playing a bit loud. Right off the bat he became confrontational with my wife. He didn't back down until I came to the door. Then the idiot told us to go to bed at 8:45pm. This was probably the worst example of hotel employee behavior and professionalism from a manager level that I have experienced. He didn't solve the problem. We should have packed up and left that night. The real problem was they concentrated all the guests in the same area of the half empty hotel, and had a guest that tried to go to sleep in what was now a busy hallway in this hotel. We stayed at his holiday inn express on two other occasions, we have family in the area. Our last trip we stayed in a different hotel. April 18, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by not bad but not great Stayed at hotel for 8 days, too long, no insulation in room ceiling, vary noisie, hot tub not warm, next time hot tub jets not working and luke warm, no camara in parking lot,parked three veh from front door, items stole off work truck, chained room down stairs, no hot water in shower, reported was assure would be fixed, next morning no hot water again, checked out,, April 15, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, good food Another great staff and wonderful ladies in the breakfast area. very attentive to our needs and helpful with any request. We stayed here for a week and found the staff always looked to see if we had what we needed. All was well with one exception... the contractor they used for the washer and dryer was at best horrible. Machine did not wash properly and dryer struggled to dry even half a load for 45 minutes. I would recommend replacing those machines as soon as possible. Other than this little issue at the end of our trip it was a good experience that gave us a good landing place each night with little to no noise from the outside impacting our rest. And the little p-dogs (prairie dogs) running outside was a hit with the kids, along with the nice clean pool. March 28, 2013
