Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Last day of our trip. What a welcome sight to arrive at Holiday Inn Express after a six hour drive. The staff was both gracious and helpful. We headed straight for the homemade cookies which was a special treat. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom and great shower! We had a very good nights rest. There was a good breakfast provided the next morning with plenty of breakfast choices. We were very pleased with our overall experience and will definately use Holiday Inn Express again! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fort Stockton, TX This was a very nice Holiday Inn. The room was exceptionally large and was a pleasant surprise. There were plenty of towels and one thing we like about Holiday Inns is the large counter space in your bathrooms. The young lady at the desk told us about K-Bobs across the street and we had a very good meal there. March 24, 2013

But the proffesionalism by all the Hotel staff was the best I have seen, and I travel and stay at other Holiday Inn Express's all the time. This is the place to stay if your in Ft. Stockton for sure!! Other Holiday Inn Express workers could learn from this team in Ft. Stockton Great Job Overall!! March 6, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Coffee maker does not work. For the price I paid, I expected everything to be in good working order. I always have a cup of coffee in the room when I get up. When I got up at 4am I found that the coffee maker did not work. Had to wait few more hours to get my first cup of coffee in the breakfast area. Need a 20% refund. Also, found that a tile was loose and out of position in the elevator. (Safety violation). January 3, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very good HIE room with plenty of light I have stayed at a number of HIE hotels, and this was one of the best rooms so far. I almost always book a suite, and most are good but many lack sufficient lighting to do anything besides watch TV which is not our thing. This one had lots of light everywhere including the sofa area. It also had plenty of outlets close to seating and bedside, and a nice table for breakfast or work. Only complaint was the WIFI was weakest toward the end of the room where the bed was. January 3, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointing Stay My family and I recently stayed at this location on two seperate occasions within a one week period and things went from bad to worse. On our first stay, the room wasn't very clean and the overall condition of the hotel was fair at best. Upon entering the elevator you first notice the grout laying loose on the floor from the tiles that are broken and moving as you enter. For the price we paid we were very dissatisfied. On our second visit, we first noticed kids running repeatedly up and down the hall above us which went on for some time before things quieted down. The room was dirtier than the previous visit particularly in the bathroom. Our room was missing some of the furniture which again was frustrating especially when you consider the price we paid for the room. Best advice from this unhappy family is to avoid this place if at all possible when you are in the Ft Stockton area. January 2, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NOTHING makes up for BAD SERVICE!!! I attempted (yes, I used the correct word) to check in, ONLY TO BE IGNORED!!! After waiting several minutes, I gave up and went to find something to eat. After returning from dinner, I was again IGNORED!!! After waiting 30 MINUTES, when someone else was checking in, I was finally acknowledged.. The room itself was ok. Nothing special. The morning breakfast was typical. With the other hotel choices in Ft Stockton, I will NOT be returning here!!! December 15, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by San Antonio trip Our stay was very pleasant. We stayed here two years ago and found everything to be just as good as in the past. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think that this time the lady that was the hostess in the breakfast area did a very good job and was very helpful and went to extra effort to accommodate our needs. We will be back to this location every time we are traveling this route, which may be once or twice a year.. Thanks again for a good stay! December 12, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Traveller Room was clean and bed comfortable. Walls are too thin such that you hear the people next door. We could hear them all night. We were on the back side of the hotel and there was a truck business back there. How bad could that be? Well, there was a truck that arrived at all hours of the night. It was deisal and all we could hear was the exhaust sound. while the guy was in his office. Who would have thought that he would be coming and going during the night and LEAVING HIS ENGINE RUNNING. Not very considerate. Food was okay. December 10, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable but, Pricey The staff is outstanding and very friendly. Rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Public areas are very clean and well kept. I have stayed in this Hotel three times and overall each stay has been excellent. My only critic is the Price of the rooms; this is one of the most expensive Holiday Inn Express room rate I visit across the whole country, "especially for West Texas". December 1, 2012
