My first complaint is the poor housekeeping services. I could hardly tell my room was touched daily....the bed was made but it looked like someone had rolled around in it. It looked messy. The only good thing is I always had clean towels and my trash was taken out. I did walk in one day and find a dirty cotton ball in my floor...but I am hoping it was mine. The breakfast is another complaint. I realize it is free but the eggs were burnt with brown edges on most days and the biscuits were hard as rocks. The young girl that works in there is so sweet and such a hard worker...the other lady who worked only two days or so was always sitting at the table reading the paper on her days. My last complaint is that you put the charges on my debit card instead of direct billing to my company and you did it 3 days after I checked out. My company has reimbursed me but it shouldn't have happened to begin with. The person who checked me in told me it was a direct bill so I am not sure what went wrong. I was not recognized as a Priority Club member either.

Great experience for family time during the holidays. The only negative comment I would make is that the hotel does not have a wheelchair for handicapped folks.

First time staying at this property and we were one of only a few travelers staying there during the Christmas weekend so it was very quiet. The property was neat and clean on both the main floor and our room, however, hotel staff did not wear any uniforms and failed to greet us as we came in or left during our stay. They were not unfriendly, however, this is unusual for this brand. Our room also had a slight odor different from the hallways so not sure what it was. I'd rate them fair to good but not excellent.

Great hotel. Looked brand new, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms extremely clean, beds comfortable, great choice of pillows. Breakfast better than most all inclusive buffets.

We could not control the heat in our room. If it was on it was boiling, if it was off we froze. But we were only staying for one night and the value was great for a Notre Dame weekend.

It was nice after a long travel day to check into a HIE, because of the dependability. We purposely booked a unit with sleep sofa and that was still a spacious room, even with it open. Good breakfast, chilly pool, clean rooms. Especially enjoyed talking with staff about "Goshen" as our granddaughter attends school with kids from Goshen CT. Thank goodness for the Priority Club website!
