Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and good service in an aging building The facility is well decorated and the guest rooms are up to date, but the building is old. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom around the drains. Although spuced up, the flaws showed through. The business office, although functional, is in the open lobby. Given, the screens are not visible, but not a place to talk business with the home office. The smokers ghetto across from the front door is a poor choice. Breakfast choices were unimaginative but complete. Omelettes are a better offering than scrambled eggs. Value is bad because $40 rooms are an exit away. Over $100 is highway robbery. Because of my handicap needs, and poor implementation in discount motels I pay the bribe. May 23, 2016

The tv remote didn't have a guide button that showed what was on tv, tv sheet showed channels, but you didn't have any idea what was being shown at that time. Small, minor detail. Overall, the stay was fine. Front desk was very efficient and kind showing me how to set my tablet to internet. May 23, 2016

We walked in with our friend from NC and he told us about there Tues Managers hot dog lunch. I said what do I owe you for our friend and he said...nothing! Larry made our stay such a pleasure. He was funny and kind to everyone. He is certainly a reason to return to you establishment!!!! May 21, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Understaffed and not welcoming Three girlfriends and I traveled to Greensboro for a half marathon. This hotel was pitched as the "host" hotel which blocked out a number of rooms at a discounted price. We stayed one night within the blocked out period and one outside of the "discounted" period. The second night was less expensive which made us think what discount? The hotel advertised a pool and fitness center. The pool was outside across the parking lot. The fitness center was accessed via a pass at a nearby hotel. There was no hoopla welcoming the runners. Check in was late, towels weren't available and we had to go and get stuff from front desk all due to lack of staff. May 19, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved the bed and personnel I absolutely love the beds at the Holiday Inn Express. I wish I had one at home. They are so comfortable and my husband and I sleep so well. We have always been greeted at the front desk with a smile from the staff and they always have a great sense of humor. The staff is always willing to assist us in finding a local restaurant with great food, not a chain restaurant, that we too can enjoy. We will continue to be a customer of Holiday Inn Express. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Can Inprove The room we stay in was to small.The pillows on the bed was not conform at all.The hallways were not that clean.Room needed to be clean in the corners and also the bathroom needed to be clean better.The staff was great.When I told them that someone had being smoking in the room they gave me they move me to another room.
