Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Felt like I was at the spa.. I really enjoyed my week spent at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable I found myself taking "naps" alot of them actually...The "continental" breakfast was more of a buffet style with a wonderful variety of food choice. The late night freshly baked cookies were perfect for a nighttime snack. This hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shopping. I will be back and I'm truly looking forward to it!!! All services were rendered in a very friendly, professional way. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great room, service could have been better We checked in around midnight after a long day of travel. We're IHG Rewards members this was not acknowledged at all. We were not offered a 1pm checkout, and when asked, the person at the desk seemed surprised, but agreed and said he would take care of it. The next morning we were alarmed to hear the phone ringing at 11:30am and was asked if we needed an extended checkout. We told the desk staff that we asked for a 1pm checkout and it was taken care of upon check in. The desk staff person said it wasn't a problem, but didn't offer an apology for the inconvenience or the lack of accountability of the other staff member. We have stayed at many Holiday Inns and IHG chains all over the US and this was below average service; while it may seem like a small thing, they have our business loyalty because of the service they provide as IHG members. This location has a high standard to meet and is not yet attaining it. October 20, 2013

I had inquired with a gentleman names Tom at the front desk about the noise. He was going to check into the source if the noise and get back with me. Overall, it was a pleasant stay . . . the room was clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. They had a good selection of foods, including hot breakfast items. The staff was more businesslike, not rude, but not overly friendly. Our stay the night before at another Holiday Inn Express had an exceptional front desk clerk, so my impression is based on her being extra friendly. This would not keep me from staying at this location again, but it seemed more like they were just doing their job, not enjoying their job. October 1, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had The moment we walked into the lobby, we were treated as distinguished guests. Front desk personnel were very friendly & made us feel welcome. Check in was completed in less than 5 minutes. Upon entering our room we were utterly amazed at how comfortable & beautifully decorated it was. The first time I laid on the bed, I never wanted to get off of it. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of soft fluffy towels. The room had a coffee pot with a great selection of coffee/ tea. There was also a refrigerator, microwave & free Wi-Fi. The next morning we went into the breakfast area, but since II am on a low-carb diet, was unable to eat what was provided. The breakfast bar was fully stocked with fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, yogurts & plenty of fruit. Plenty of coffee & a make-it-yourself pancake/waffle station. If we ever have a chance to go to Greenville again, we will definitely be booking a room at this hotel. We had no problems getting into the property or getting out. There are plenty of places to eat and shop up & down Woodruff Road. August 28, 2013

We had a wedding to go to in Travelers Rest and this seemed to be the closest, least expensive, but safest hotel. It is very clean, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was well stocked and very good and the staff was just excellent. Very kind and helpful. August 28, 2013

However, once I stepped inside, every concern I could have had was removed. This was the friendliest staff I have ever encountered with my decade long membership in Priority Club. The owner, even offered to drive us downtown or have someone from his staff drive us there. I told him I was fine with taking a cab, and he called on in immediately for us. All of the front staff was equally as helpful with sights, food, events, etc.... This has to be the best service of any I have stayed. James Jae Elwell August 20, 2013

By the time we got our luggage the girl at the desk had not only found it, but had already credited our account with the points. I regret I did not catch her name. Debbie made sure everything was clean and fill for breakfast. One day someone came in late after she had cleaned the room and put all the food away, no matter to Debbie, she asked the couple what they wanted and she got it for them. She was a joy to talk to each morning. We always look for Holiday Inn first when traveling, these two women are the reason why . I must say that ALL of the staff were friendly and accommodating.
