Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by FRONT DESK CLERKS Whenever there was a questions about the stay and who was going to be staying with them the front office would call to verify. They were friendly and very accomidating. I had an issue with a reservation and i called the hotel and the front desk workers were very niche, friendly and extremely helpful. They took care of the issue with no questions. Great staff and great stay. July 2, 2015

The room smelled clean and was clean. The breakfast is basic but ok if you are on the go. I would stay here again. July 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Central Location Very nice place, food and shopping are all close by. Breakfast is ok if your looking for something fast and simple. Shuttle only goes out three miles from the hotel which was disappointing. Getting to downtown Greenville from the hotel is very easy and only a fifteen minute ride from hotel. Getting both the USA Today and the Greeville News was awesome for me because I like to read. The staff are extremely polite. July 1, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bathrooms bad and pillow suffocate Holiday Inn Express is my preferred hotel when I travel. I travel fairly often. The rooms were a disappointment. First, the hot water did not work in the room. They forewarned us that the hot water wasn't functioning properly but didn't say how long it would be out. It was out the entire time of our stay. Bathrooms are not equipped with exhaust fans either and specs of mold growth could be seen in the corner of the bathroom ceiling. Pillows were awful. When you put your head on the pillows, they were so soft they wrapped around your head like you were wearing earmuffs! I woke up several time (due to the air conditioner either too hot or too cold) and my head was drenched with sweat from the pillows wrapping around my head. Service was fine and staff were pleasant but it is time for some room changes that his holiday inn. June 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel I usually stay in the Crown Plaza in Greenville but this time decided to change because of the price. It was a pleasant surprise how nice this hotel was. Very clean and decorated nicely. I think I will be staying here more often. June 22, 2015
