Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy and Dirty Our room was exceedingly noisy. We anticipated the noise from the adjacent Interstate highway. What we did not expect in our second floor room was children running up and down in the hall, shouting at one another until after 11:00 p.m. Their parents chimed in by banging on our door and demanding to let into the room. He obviously had the WRONG room. The Front Desk staff and manager at the time were excellent at trying to quell the noise. It lasted until the Manager left the floor. Our room appeared to not have been vacuumed for at least one or two days. We also discovered small bugs in the bathroom and plastic bags from previous guests in the clothing area. The staff with whom we were able to interact were helpful. Just couldn't resolve the issues. April 16, 2015

Once we arrived, the staff made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and positive experience for our group. Rooms were very comfortable, amenities were readily available and the FREE breakfast was excellent! Will look forward to our next stay. April 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Upgrade just when we needed it! We had such a frustrating day of travel - construction delays, accident delays (not our accident, fortunately), and just all around long day. We got to the hotel late, just as 2 others also arrived. The young lady working at the desk was the only one around, so we had to wait. I don't know if this is why she chose to upgrade us, but she did - and we were so appreciative. She had excellent customer service, and patiently answered the questions of those checking in ahead of us. She apologized to us for having to wait. She was extremely professional - I didn't catch her name, but I'm sure you can look up who she is, she deserves some kudos! (Night shift, March 30) The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed sleeping in a little before getting back on the road. We have now stayed at 3 different Columbus-area IHG hotels, and this is the one we will come back to - when a room is available! It was sold out on our way back through, so we'll have to do a little better planning next time. :) Thank you for a great stay! April 13, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service The room was good with extras, like the frig. microwave, TV, etc. It was strange that the sink was not in the bathroom. House cleaning did not move the furniture to sweep and it was a little dusting in areas of the room. April 9, 2015
