Staff was friendly and helpful. Food selection was good, but omelet was singed overcooked.
I wasn't there long enough to check out pool or exercise room.

I always enjoy my stay at Holiday Inn Express. The staff is nice, friendly, conscientious of their surrondings and keeps everything nice and clean. The rooms are always clean, have all the supplies we need and the beds are comfortable. We always enjoy having breakfast there. The free breakfast with lots of options to choose from makes it an unbeatable value. Holiday Inn Express is ALWAYS my first choice of hotels whenever I travel.

This hotel provided us with a nice stay on our baseball weekend from Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati!!!!

I was very disappointed with the service while I was at your hotel. It was warm and when I got to my room and turned on the air it sounded like a jet engine. I called the front desk and they did not have anyone on site to look at it that evening. I was told that the hotel was sold out. So because of the noise I was not able to run the air in the room. It was very warm and stuffy. I was told when I called down for my inconvenience I would be given 5000 IHG points. They told me the next day it would be repaired. When I got back to my room it was not fixed and they were still sold out. NO one left we a note, explanation or anything. When I went to the front desk she had to call the maintenance guy and he said it was the compressor like I thought and it was too big a job to do while I was in the room. Hotel was still sold out so I spent another hot restless night.
I spent a total of 3 nights with no resolution. When I went to check out I found out that I was also not given the 5000 IHG points.
So I am very disappointed with maintenance and follow thru.

The gal that checked me in was one of the rudest desk clerks I have encountered in years. I think I was interrupting her watching of the Ohio state football game. She never acknowledged that I was an IHG member, she didn't tell me about breakfast, didn't tell me where my room was. Very unfriendly. I could go on but I will leave it at that.

We requested additional coffee from the front desk and Kia brought it up to us almost immediately. She was smiling and very accommodating.
Ice machine was not located on our floor-had to go down one or up one?
One of our beds was rather soft and kinda bouncy-not a fan. But the two others shared the other bed and said it was more firm.
The room was a little dusty but towels, coffee, were provided daily. The last nite of our stay tho, we returned from a day of shopping and find our beds were not neatly made-the sheets and blankets were just kind of thrown up to the headboard-not even or tucked in-kinda weird?
To be fair we girls had a coffee/gab session that am and we didn't leave the room that day til around 11, so maybe that had something to do with it?
Overall pleasant stay and staff was extremely nice.

Good location. Housekeeping staff didn't make up the room until about 4:00 p.m. but came too early when we were checking out.

The staff was absolutely amazing. A true pleasure to deal with.
The breakfast wasn't amazing, but adeqate for our needs.
The room was good, but could have been cleaner. It appeared that the top of the headboards (the flat surface) hadn't been cleaned or dusted in weeks.
