Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by En general Pues,fui encantado de todas las comodidades que el hotel nos los facilito y no quiero inventarme mas...Por lo general como no tengo ninguna queja digo yo que se puede entender que fui contentoto y sigo siendolo porque todavia me queda hasta finales de septiembrie de estancia . Pues, muchas gracias por todo.... Aun asi si hay que quejarse de algo, pues, me quejare solo del echo de que en una ocasion el personal del hotel me dijo que seria mejor no hablar por telefono pasando las 10 de la noche porque estoy molestando al vecino,pues, la puerta que separa las habitaciones permite que la voz de uno moleste al vecino....y esto por decir algo porque tampoco fue mucha la molestia....es que en Espana estos cosas no pasarian, las 10 de la noche no son horas de no poder hablar por telefono en tu habitacion. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a nice holiday inn Not a good welcoming by front of house staff. Room 325 a bit smelly. Carpets stained. Tv and system a bit outdated. Cleaning staff don't acknowledge you when passing as they grab the lifts.Breakfast is just a free for all no staff assigning tables and the poor choice of a hot breakfast. Think the must have ran out of Bacon etc at around 9 on our first morning. Next morning we gave your free breakfast a miss and went elsewhere. August 14, 2014

There was a lot of noise until late from the neighbours and I could hear everything they said and did which kept me awake. I left the window open at night and was woken by noise early in the morning. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great hotel overall We stayed here for a total of eight nights during the Glasgow 2014 Games. The hotel staff are amongst the best we've ever come across - nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always pleasant, helpful and pro-active in attitude. They all clearly care about the comfort and happiness of their guests. The hotel itself is in a modern building, seven years old but is so well looked after that it could have been built yesterday. Lovely large airy public space, beautifully air-conditioned, a relief during the heat of late July. We just wish that the bedrooms were also air-conditioned, as it could be difficult to sleep in the heat. A small portable fan helped in the daytime when we were actually around. For the rest, everything was great- very good choice at breakfast for an H.I.E and we particularly appreciated the microwave to make porridge. In conclusion for those who read this - book your stay at this hotel with confidence that you will be well looked after. We had a very happy eight nights here. August 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely stay in Hamilton I only stayed one night for a quick stop over after the commonwealth games, but the staff were very warm and welcoming. The hotel was modern, up to date, clean and tidy. There was also a great variety for breakfast! All round a great hotel, thank you Hamilton!! August 5, 2014
