The neighborhood was a little dicey. I am a priority club member but was not recognized as such January 27, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by unending service with a smile during a hurricane We saw what it takes to run a hotel during tough times and a packed house full of people put out of their homes during a storm called "Sandy". Kudos to all the staff,and especially James, and the young lady ,both who seemed to have stayed up all night to help everyone. During the 20 hours of blackout, generators were set up to operate halls,lobby,and breakfast room and hot meals were served each morning. They gave out flashlights and water when they didn't have to. It certainly beats getting sent outside like a dog, as most hotels are set up to do now. We would prefer firmer mattresses. Rooms were clean and a nice big flat screen TV. October 18, 2012

Had a terrible smell in my room and all my cloths stank of smoke the next day. Didn't sleep well at all and would not recommend this place until they stop offering smoking rooms. October 18, 2012

Our room was clean and in order. The breakfast had a good variety for being included. They even had hot food which was unexpected. Overall I would stay again. October 12, 2012
