Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel I recently spent three nights at the Heber Springs Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is relatively new, and it's very modern and nice. I cashed in some Priority Club points to stay there while visiting family, and I'm glad I stayed there. I can't say enough good things about it. Great room, great staff, breakfast (only ate there once) was excellent...I'll definitely be staying again. April 26, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet, clean and comfortable I stayed for about two weeks at the Holiday Inn and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Heber Springs. The HI is conveniently located, very quiet and the staff was very kind, and helpful. The only negative was, that I was working night shift, which made it hard to get my room cleaned. The housekeeping staff was kind enough to leave me bags of clean linens, towels, and toiletries, several times. So in reality, not a complaint, I am sure if I would have asked, someone would have had my roomed cleaned while I worked. April 8, 2013

We were visiting family and knew from our first visit last spring that this will always be our first choice of lodging when we are in the area. The rooms are spotless, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good! April 1, 2013
