Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My experience Overall a good place. The breakfast leaves a little bit to be desired. Could have had some fruit. ie oranges, apples, bananas. Also, I used up the coffee in my room the first night, but it was not replaced the next day. Staff was very friendly & attentive. I will go back again when I'm in the area. November 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Overbooked All rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking and the first room I tried smelled like an ashtray. I moved to another room which was fine but woke up the following morning to find my checkout sheet under the door. Apparently the HIE was overbooked. The desk staff were all very nice though. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Inadequate ice machines, poor water pressure Called motel and asked about availability of ice and water pressure that was mentioned in online reviews. Staff assured me that these were not problems so I trusted them. Indeed there was no ice on Saturday evening in the hotel. Also the water pressure was poor. Usually Holiday Inn Express has been one of our favorite motels but this motel is the worst we've seen. October 27, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the first time this particular hotel has let me down. I have stayed at this hotel pretty often, and frequent HIE mostly when ever I travel for business. So I can say with experience that each time I stay at this particular one in Huber Heights it gets worse each time. To me there are three areas I'm concerned with. WiFi/breakfast are a thing that everyone does so I can take or leave, I have hotspots and there are breakfast options if you're that worried. Things I can't sublet out are the temp of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the kind of shower I'll get. This hotel only took care of one of those areas. The bed/pillows/blankets were great. The AC was "on" and set at "66" the entire time and maybe ran for a few minutes before kicking off and then either repeating or not doing anything, barely keeping the room not unbearable. I ended up opening the window and leaving the fan bit on. The shower pressure was so low it wouldn't have pushed an ant across ice. The temp took so long to reach moderately warm that it would have probably frozen the ant first. I'm not saying I won't stay at an HIE again, just not this one. Too many options in the area to ruin my trip with horrible showers and stuffy rooms. This specific one just needs to get its act together. October 19, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay, needs a little improvement Everything was good except for none of the ice machines were working and you had to go to front desk for ice. Tried using the phones to call for extra towels and the phone wasn't working. Our curtains where horrible, they had holes in them and looked as if they had been burnt. Great customer service and we slept really well. October 19, 2015
