Upon checking (2/13/2014) in I was given a nice unexpected gift of 500 bonus points. Furthermore, I was upgraded to a executive room; which, I found to be very spacious. I enjoyed the pool and the stay 100%. Moreover, I would without a doubt recommend and stay at this property again. Truly a class act and shout out to Chris at the front desk. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and felt like a 6 star hotel!! My wife and I stayed here on business and greatly enjoyed the comfort and the staff was very accommodating. This hotel gave us the feel of a 6 star hotel. The room and the entrance had the look and feel of something far more than the amount of money that was charged. Thanks also for the great breakfast and fine attention to detail and cleanness from the breakfast staff. We will stay at your hotel again if we are in the area!!!! Gene & Bev January 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 12/27 stay This was a nice hotel--but I don't know why it was desgined to have rooms DIRECTLY across from the elevators which we happened to get. Not that the staff could help having a rude group of people staying that smoked up the halls and were loud, it made for a terrible nights sleep because they kept using the elevator and did not take into account that people might be sleeping at 11:30 and later! I think the staff should advise anyone checking in to be courteous of others after say 9 and 10 pm with others that might be sleeping near the elevators. January 2, 2014
