I took my wife there for her birthday weekend and upon arrival we noticed the hotel was undergoing serious renovations which we were not told about when we made our reservations. We got to our room and the bed was in terrible condition, the phone was broken, the blow dryer was broken and making a horrible noise, advertised HBO and there was none, in room Jacuzzi was extremely loud, heated pool was not heated at all and we couldn't even swim it was freezing, and the hot tub wasn't working. The next morning we went to breakfast and their famous cinnamon rolls were gone and when we asked for more to be brought out the woman said "there are no more" and just walked away not to mention the eggs were burnt and disgusting. Upon checkout we told the woman that this was by far the worst experience we have ever had to which she replied with a smile "Sorry to hear that have a nice day" and didn't care at all to even ask what had happened. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

This was a nicely located hotel, conveniently located near the interstate and nearby restaurants. The only negative was when I lifted the lid on the toilet and saw a small bit of TP on the seat. Breakfast was good, but once again I ran into the situation of biscuits and no gravy. Whoever the recent MBA executive genius is that came up with this idea should be asked to seek employment elsewhere! For my money, there is no use for a breakfast biscuit without gravy.
The staff was courteous and helpful. The room comfortable, and quiet. I would stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for two nights. The employees went above and beyond. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The front desk called the room to see if we needed anything. They offered coffee and tea as well as snacks. They popped fresh popcorn and made fresh cookies frequently for guests. They forewarned us about construction that was taking place on our floor. The construction did not make any noise, just the smell of paint in the hallways. The breakfast was fresh no matter what time we went. The choices were the typical breakfast items that we have seen during all other stays. There were several restaurants within a very short drive.
The only complaint my wife and I had was the mattress definitely felt worn. It was saggy and didn't measure up to other hotels in the same group.
Other than that, we plan to stay at this hotel each time we come to the area.

I stayed at the hotel, and even though they were in a remodeling phase, the hotel was clean and quiet. You did not notice the work. The staff was really friendly and the rooms and public areas were clean.

I found this place to be little more than a good Red Roof or a La Quinta. Which we've stayed at (sometimes in the area) at half the price.

We have stayed here before and was a little disappointed this time. The carpet was being replaced on the second floor and there were bare tack strips across our door. The shower stall had a 9 inch crack in the wall and a 10 inch crack in the ceiling of the shower. The outer sliding doors to the lobby where stuck open and would not close, not a good thing with the outside temperature in the teens. During the night, every time the lobby inner door opened and closed, we heard it in our room. The room heating and air conditioning unit would not shut off when it got to temperature, we had to shut the unit off to keep from over heating. The breakfast area was small and the food selection was limited, not the normal Holiday Inn fare. Although we did not use the swimming pool area, I did notice that the whirlpool/hot tub was drained and empty during our stay.

Staff was very friendly, Got a good nights sleep, and a good breakfast and hit the road again.

After a 14 hour drive we got to our room to find large spots of blood on the curtains and both box springs broken.
