Convenient, clean, quiet and pleasant/helpful staff. Only mark against this property is the poor quality of their breakfast offering. Would certainly stay there again when in the area.

I stay at this Hoilday Inn Any chance I get. The staff is always friendly, polite, and will help out in anyway. The rooms are always clean and neat. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience but missed having the the omelets at breakfast this last time! The bathtubs in the rooms are slippery as well. Overall, a great experience every time we have stayed there to visit!

Walking up to the front desk at check in, we were told the washing machine broke. We got to our room and the room smelled funny at first but cleared up. The air conditioner was very loud but worked. The Jacuzzi had a soap scum ring around it and the wife had to clean it before we used it.On our second night the towels weren't delivered until 8:00 pm The elevator was very very slow. On the morning we left, the garbage can next to the coffee stand was overflowing.The indoor pool was salt water freezing cold and the hot tub had so much chlorine that the fumes burned your eyes just being in the pool room. I alway liked Holiday Inn Express but I think I will stay somewhere else next time I am in Dayton area.

At a recient stay my wife left a ring in the bathroom that she purchased on a trip ti Ireland. It had great value to her. The manager was able to get the ring back to us and we were very greatful.

There were no luggage carts available when we checked in and the front desk person could not find them. The counter around the sink was dusty. The bed was not very comfortable. I looked around for the pancake machine at breakfast. When I found it, it was broken. The juice machine was not able to dispense orange juice so there was a sign that the juice was in the refrigerator.
