Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Still poor Wifi (Review for 2 seperate visits weeks apart) - Of all the Holiday Inn Express Hotels we have stayed at, this one has the worst customer WiFi service.We just stayed here recently when we were in town for a family get together since most of our family is in the area so we had a couple rooms here and I recently returned to attend a 2 day business meeting in the area as well. Most HIE's that we stay at have multiple guest Wifi's to choose from or have a stronger signal so we've never experienced what we experienced at the Hurst location. Other locations we have experienced multiple guest wifi's to log into, like there is one for every floor which is great and we can get in a little work done on our computers in the comfort of our room before enjoying some leisure time the rest of the day. This location definitely needs a Wifi upgrade. I heard other guests mention it to the front desk recently when having breakfast and the desk responded that they have heard that but not alot. I think others just aren't sharing. But everything else is always great as usual when in comes to the staff and other amenities & the grandkids love the pool. We're still a fans of HIE and HIE is out preferred 1st choice where ever we travel to. We're about to try another HEI in the area in a few weeks for a family event & hope we have better luck with the Wifi at this other location. We may have to switch locations even though the Hurst location is more convenient. July 27, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A/C had problems The A/C didn't work and had to change rooms after talking to front desk 3 times. They had no one to explain or show how to make thermostat work properly. The manager put us another room after the 3rd call. The second room was good but the pillows were too soft ( even the firm ones) and the A/C was noisey. July 23, 2014

From the Director of Sales, Aimee, to the General Manager, Robin, everyone on the property goes out of their way to ensure that your stay is a 5 star stay! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling through or into the Hurst area! July 22, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Just visiting Good looking building inside and out. The eggs were a little dry. Great cinnamon rolls! The room was nice. One of the business center printers was out of toner - (that happens). The teen age youth group made a lot of late evening racket up and down the hall ways. Monica went out of her way to assist me and I very much appreciated what she did for me. The young man on the Front Desk (sorry i didn't get his hame). was very helpful on a number of occassions with various requests and advice despite being busy. The food and food service were excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. I will defintely stay here again if I am in the area. July 21, 2014
