Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was pretty quiet. My only complaint was that it was very humid/muggy in my room. Other than that, a great stay!

Ok, due to stays in Holiday Inn's in the past, I don't normally think of them first. I think of them second or third. A hotel has to really WOW me. I'm in the service industry myself. If the experience is just OK, then they are not my first option of choice. If they WOW me in all the QSC's of the business then I will always think of them first. The staff wasn't bad they were friendly, I just didn't get a WOW affect except from the front desk lady on the graveyard shift.

consistently nice. After a great night sleep, you wake

Overall stay was good. Not all breakfast items were available in the first 30 - 45 minutes of breakfast. No big issues they just need to have staff pay attention to details (like a readable TV channel list that is accurate) and have sufficient staff available.
