Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Priority 1 This hotel only had one problem. It is the smell in the guest rooms. I'm a non smoker and it smelled like a room you get when you go to Las Vegas. It smelled smoky. It may just be the fragrance that Holiday Inn Kingsville uses, but it smells like they are trying to cover up cigarette smoke. This was not the only room that smelled like this. I was with co-workers that agreed that their room smelt terrible too like cigarette smoke. If it's the fragrance they are using, I hope they change it. If it is smoke then I hope they change thier policy and clean up their rooms. I slept terrible with that smell. Other than the smell of the rooms, this was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and the place is in a good secure location. It looks very modern. Clean up the smell in the rooms and I would recommend this to everyone. October 26, 2014
