I was disappointed that the water in the jacuzzi did not work. The jacuzzi looked so comfortable too. It makes me wonder, how housekeeping can clean the tub, when there's no water coming out? But I guess if there's no water, no one would be using it! I was on the freeway side of the hotel, and it was very noisy. In fact, it was so noisy, I thought all the windows we're open. However, the hotel is beautiful, and I would stay there again, only if I'm in a room, opposite the freeway.

This was the second time I have stayed at this property and was very happy once again. It is very clean and the staff is excellent. Yes, traffic can be a little noisy, but that is to be expected when there is a major highway next door. However, it was not so noisy that it kept me awake at night. Very easy to get to; even if you are unfamiliar with the area. Will certainly stay here again on my next trip.

Recommended by local contact. Close to military bases and Highway. Great staff, especially the eveing shift. Rooms were the best of any Holiday Inn Express I've stayed in by far. 7PM cookies were a plus.

We stayed in a jacuzzi suite. There was so little water pressure coming it took 45 minutes to fill the jacuzzi and then it wasn't very warm. The noise was horrible from the highway and made it difficult to sleep. The lighting was not well placed. The couch in the room with the jacuzzi was strange, there wasn't a tv I suppose you are meant to sit on the couch and look at the jacuzzi while it fills. The lay out was terrible. This was our last night on our trip to visit our son and welcome him home from deployment. We stayed at two other hotels and for the price and the noise we had a much better experience in the other hotels better rooms better price. I will compliment the staff they were very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. When I pay for a suite with a jacuzzi I expect to be able to relax and have some peace and quiet. I wasn't able to have those things. We are planning another trip to Washington when my son marries but we will not be staying at this facility.

Upon entering, the room was ice cold with the blower on high and frigid air coming out. No success trying the thermostat. Called house staff. Although staff did not speak english, she understood the obvious problem. After several attempts she found a reset button, set the temp at 77 and the heat came on. We left for an event and reported the problem to the front desk. We returned very late (12 pm ) and found the room ice cold again with the blower still on high. We had no success with reset buttons or temperature settings or anything else. Finally we bundled up as best we could and added all the covers and blankets available and effectively pulled the plug on the blower. It was the only way we could stop the frigid air from blowing into the room. We had to be on the road by 8am so we mentioned the problem again to the front desk on the way out and received a shrug.

i wanted to spend a night away and this was the perfect choice, close enough if the kids-17,21 needed me but far away enough to relax and rest. i loved the hot tub in the room and soaked for what seemed like forever.... the breakfast was great, enough varitey that most people would enjoy, the warm peanut butter cookie at night was wonderful...thanks for the perfect getaway....

When I was trying to check in my parents and my brother who came from out of state, I was having a problem. Danica who was on duty at the time was not displaying how customer service should be. She was rude and unpleaseant. I had to call my father-in-law to confirm about the information he emailed me. Technically, Danica should be able to trace the copy of my invoice and the copy of the email which I provided to her in order to sort the problem, but instead I had to call my father-in-law and going through the hassle of everything. Overall, I was not happy with the customer service that Danica displayed to me and I wish it can be fixed better next time.

From the moment we arrived the front desk staff were so nice and pleasant and very accommodating to our special needs. My husband is in a wheelchair and we have a young daughter, and she allowed us to check out 3 different rooms to see which would suit us more! She was very calm and went above and beyond! This was really our first impression and it was just uphill from there! This was our 3rd time staying at a Holiday Inn Express on this trip and we will definately be returning! Thanks so much!
