After a long and exausting trip, we were very happy to arrive at our Hoilday Inn Express. The manager and receptionist greeted us with smiles and information about the area, very helpful.
Then we went to our room, it was clean, well maintained, alittle small, but that was ok. The bed was not what we have grown to expect from Holiday Inn. it was hard and impossible for a good night sleep. We left there the next morning as exausted as we were when we had arrived. I truly hope this is not the direction Holiday Inn is moving toward after all the renovations over past few years.

Entered the bathroom in my room only to find a big dead roach in the bathtub. After waiting in line at the front desk for 15 minutes I dropped my key off and showed the clerk the picture of the surprise in my bathtub. I said I will be back later to get a different room as I headed out for dinner. Came back to find my room was not changed and the only room available was a smoking room. I would have left the hotel had it not been for the fact that I was traveling with 4 other people.

I was visiting my dad, in Laurel, for Thanksgiving. Satish, Jennifer, Tammy, and Norman were exceptional hosts; they got us into a nice clean and quiet room for our stay. The breakfast the next morning was great, as well as Mrs. Barbra, the chef. I will always stay at this hotel when I visit my dad again.

For five years Holiday Inn Express has been our exclusive choice for Hotel stays! After this experience, we are rethinking our future choices! The room was loud (couldn't hear TV for the sound of water running in the adjoining room), in poor repair!

Hotel was in wonderful condition and very well maintained. The Employees were very polite and very helpful. The breakfast could have used a few more options. Overall well worth the value.

The reservation system apparently doesn't communicate with the other systems. I was given a room that was recently cancelled for that day and although I was an early check-in, the swing shift rented the same room while I was away from the property. The person who was rented the room exited as soon as they realized that the room was already occupied, but they failed to close the door completely and the room was left unsecured until I returned and discovered this. When I reported it to the front desk, they was very little to no concern to the situation, nor did anyone phone me to let me know that a mistake had occurred and that the room keys that I had no longer worked.

My now son in law stayed in this room before his wedding. The hotel lost his reservation which was done in person the day before. The hotel smelled funny. The staff wasn't overly friendly. The breakfast sausage was rubbery and nasty. The ice machine on their floor was broken. Housekeeping tried to come in twice and rude about him still there

There were Bugs in the Dinning area in the Morning. When they say breakfast is at 6:30, Believe it!! 2 minuites before the Lights were out and the staff is talking personal business loudly and no consideration for the Customer. When you walk out in the morning to the Parking Lot, the Employees park all in the frount entry way. They don't seem to respect the customers and the Image they project. I stayed 1 night, ( Sunday# than returned the next night, #Monday) and the price was 20 dollars more on Monday. And stayed in the same room. It was a clean place, But Disrespectfull to the Customer.

Hotel was good. Able to walk out back for place to eat.
Staff friendly. Could use better signing to get to it.
Shower head needs changed, some of the holes plugged up.
Would reccommend this hotel.

The carpet in the hallways were filthy and appeared that the carpet had not been cleaned for years.
Printers in the business center were not operational.
Bad odor in the hallway.

THE ROOM WOULD NOT COOL OFF. FELT LIKE I HAD ANTS CRAWLING ON ME. THE ENTIRE BUILDING HAD A MUSTY SMELL. AN ALARM CLOCK IN THE ROOM NEXT TO ME WAS GOING OFF ALL MORNING BEGINING AT 3AM AND NEVER STOPPED. DID NOT GET TO REST AT ALL IN THIS HOTEL. IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.

I found the hotel to be very clean and the employees to be extremely friendly and helpful. I do think they need a sign at the turn off because the hotel is off of the main road. Also, we are senior citizens and on limited income. The charge is still high for those of us that are limited.

We found out this is a stopping point for a lot of oil workers passing through. But while we were there we didn't have any trouble with it being noisey or bad experiences while we were there.

When you walked in the hotel it smelled likemildew.the room was very warm. My husband said the pool was dirty. We have stayed there for the last 5 years.

The air conditioner compressor was very noisy. I had to turn the unit off to get some rest. Also the toilet constantly ran with water flowing down the stand pipe. The clock radio would work sporadically. The desk clerk was non committal when I submitted my room discrepancy list to him.
The breakfast bar was good but not the best that I have enjoyed at other HI Express's.
The noise from the room above me was objectionable. I would recommend staying on the top floor.
For the discounted price paid, I would not consider this location a good bargain.
However, the overhead room fan was a pleasant surprise.

My stay was great. The staff , the lady in the breakfast area and the ladies behind the desk were very nice. Ms. Tammy is very nice she is definitely the right person to have behind the desk. She is so friendly she made us feel we had known her all of our life. No matter what time we leave or come back she was always nice.

The air conditioning fan made a loud clicking sound, which made it difficult to sleep. I had to use a sleep sound app on my phone to drown out the clicking sound. Another problem was the volume on the remote control did not work. When we checked out, we told the front deck about theses two issues and they did not seem very concerned.
I used my rewards points for this room. It is a small issue, but a thank you for staying at enough Holiday Inns to have enough points for this room would have been nice.
I have stayed at numerous Holiday Inn Exresses over the last few years and this one was at the bottom of the list.
I like staying at Holiday Inn Express and I will continue to do so. The facilities and staff are usually excellent. On my return from this trip, I stayed at another Holiday Inn Express and everything was fine.

We were there with our son and his family . They had several small items taken from their room on the 3 rd floor . Their son had CD games taken , earbuds , and a CD case . Our daughter in laws bag had been opened and tossed about . Not a good way to start a vacation off .

This is a very clean hotel. This was our first stop on a road trip from Texas to PA. We arrived at 2AM, made our reservation thru the priority direct phone number. When we arrived there was a note on the door to please knock. We knocked and knocked and knocked, finally after about 20 minutes someone came to the door. Other than that everything was perfect. We stay at IHG hotels whenever we travel because they are dependable to be clean and the beds are always comfortable. :)

While staying here the cleaning crew came in and my wife told them all we needed was to replace the towels and she had done the rest. The towels were replaced and my wifes sun glasses that were on the restroom counter came up missing!
I talked to the front desk and they said they would check in to it.
I talked to the front desk again and gave them the type and cost of the glasses. They checked the towels to see if they had fallen in the towels. Nothing! I siad I wanted the glasses back or replaced. They said they could take the money off of my room. I told them that does not pay for my glasses. My company pays for my room so I would still lose out. They said they were still looking and asked me to check my room again. I heard nothing back from them about my glasses..... Checked out still no glasses.
They called me to say I forgot some clothing, but nothing about my $169.00 pair of glasses.
I stay here 2 to 4 days a month...... That may change for me and others with my company after I tell them what happened.
