Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Won't return - pull out sofa bed was very old, if you do not want to sleep on metal coils ask for a lot of thick blankets and sheets. make sure you say thick because if not you will be given thin green blanket. no comforters. uncomfortable pillows. noisy. ask for upper level room away from elevator. swimming pool looks dirty, nothing like what is pictured on website. no one used the pool or Jacuzzi during our stay even tho hotel was booked. laughingly, they have a staff member with a "lifeguard" shirt on stationed at pool. unfriendly. beds in regular room very small, barely larger than a twin. good luck sleeping comfortably. I will gladly pay more money to stay at a nicer hotel next time I'm in the area. one with updated furnishings and linen. good luck with the wifi service. i should've taken pics so you can see that i am not exaggerating about any of this. Went to whirlpool and it wasn't enough water in whirlpool plus kids in whirlpool and should not have been. The swimming pool's heater was broken marking the water cold. overpriced room for poor services. May 6, 2015
