Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by HI LAUREL Room was clean, staff responsive and courteous, Breakfast great! No shower curtain in bathroom, weak TV remote, A/C broke, but staff fixed very fast. Overall, I would stay again if in the Laurel area, liked that the staff did take care of things when notified. Restaurants close by and movie theatre. May 1, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice property, Front desk issues Stayed four nights at this property on business. Front desk at check-in was less than friendly. Seemed bothered to come out of the back room to help. Room was nice. Lots of kids on school trips to DC. Arrive late and leave early. Running around as kids do. Check with front desk as to where your room should be. I had a room at the end of the hall so not too bad. Andre', the pool lifeguard, took fantastic care of us while we enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Hotel needs to fix the jets in the hot tub though. And a resurfacing is needed badly due to mineral build up. But Andre' kept the water clean and the pool surfaces free from grime and dirt. Always working in there on something. Kudos! We would stay again! April 27, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good but could be better I loved the room but the hanger that was under the mattress cover made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. I thought it was a spring that had popped up and should have checked but I was so tired. Wasn't till the morning that I discovered it was a hanger. Hotel is nice but the breakfast and wifi were both below grade. In fact the wifi was so bad I just used the hotspot on my phone which costs me money but I had work that needed to get done so I had no choice. I might stay here again if I had too but would think twice. April 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable stay for a value price This was my second stay in Laurel, MD in the last year and I definitely prefer this stay over my previous one at a different hotel. Breakfast was slightly different every morning and my entire party was amused by the pancake machine. The hotel bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely laid out. We took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub (which was especially nice after walking around DC all day) but didn't seem to have time for the fitness center. I know I will be coming into Laurel again and won't hesitate to book this hotel again for our stay. April 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazingly kind, generous and friendly. Pauline at the front desk was amazing and demonstrates the epitome of superior customer service. My birthday was on Sunday, March 29. As a surprise, my fiancée asked if there were any packages available were someone will decorate the room. Pauline said there were no such packages but offered to assist in the surprise by using her own time away from work to pick up some items from the local supermarket--fruit, candles, flowers, etc. She and maintenance decorated the room for us while we were sightseeing in DC. She dedicated her personal time away from work to assist in making my memorable birthday experience and I am very appreciative of her helping my fiancée pull off such a surprise. Pauline was kind and generous from the moment that she greeted us to the hotel until the evening before we left when we saw her upon returning from a day of sightseeing. Pauline is a tremendous asset to your team and we hope that you reward her for her efforts. Thank you! April 20, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Awful stay Barking dogs, kids running all up and down the hallways Mom's out in the hallway talking loud and without a care about anyone else. The absolute worst internet you could ask for. I left at 9:30 am, room was not serviced,. Could not even sit down for breakfast, no available tables. I realize families are on Spring Break but us working people want to relax when we get back from work, could not be done at this hotel. Maybe you should let Platinum members stay on the top floor away from all the noise. Also never received my bonus check in points April 16, 2015
