While the hotel was in a good location, we found it difficult to find due to a lack of ground level signage.
Check-in was easy. desk clerk did offer suggestions for dinner but did not mention the property right next door,
The room was as expected - clean , comfortable, and quiet.
Breakfast was not as expected. Still have the same old choices. However, the regular sausage appeared under cooked and the turkey sausage was over cooked as were the eggs

The room was clean and ready when, I got there a few hours early. However, being next to the mechanical room, I would hear things all day and night, and being a light sleeper, I never got a good nights rest.
As many have complained before me, the internet service worked sometimes and other times not at all.
For the most, the staff was amazing, and very helpful. Except for the lady at check out, was snippy and short with my friend, when she asked why the shuttle left, when they had reservations. She made it out to be my friends fault.
The bed are comfortable, very easy access to the airport and local highway.

Got in after driving 16 hours across the country. The room was very large and comfortable. Both my girlfriend and I woke up very stuffy, but not sure if this was because of the hotel or the driving. The breakfast was standard, a good selection but all under cooked. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, etc. but all floppy and soggy.

This was our third stay at the Lincoln Airport HIE for our annual trip to the SCCA Solo Nationals at the Airpark. This hotel has declined significantly since our first stay. My husband uses a wheel chair so we stay in the accessible rooms. In prior stays we were in the 4th floor room which was very nice in years past. This year we were on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor hall carpet was torn up over half way and had cheap, lower pile, non matching replacement. The carpet in our room was badly stained. The bathtub drain was significantly plugged. I advised the staff each day of the plugged tub and on the 4th day it was fixed--to our surprise. I asked several times if we could be moved to different room to no avail. There was no laundry detergent available for the laundry facilities. None of the desk staff expressed the friendly and helpful characteristics as would be expected. Our sheets were never changed and the two little goldfish crackers I accidentally dropped on the floor the first night remained there the entire stay (yes, I left them to see if they would get picked up). The hot tub was green (not aqua). I would not have entered it except that our friends had already and so we joined them. It became clear the green was from extreme chemicals as the concrete seats where visibly disintegrating and a large amount of sandy grit mounded on the bottom. Fortunately, our stays at HIE on our way back home to Washington State were excellent as I was seriously considering dropping the rewards club to find a different chain following this stay.

A very nice and welcoming desk staff. Thought there was going to be the possibility if aircraft and semi noise from adjacent businesses but didn't seem to notice. An overall good stay.

Clean, quiet, great location, wonderful and helpful staff. Best pillows and mattresses. Great channel choices.
