Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Service with a smile?? The rooms were clean and pleasant but the service was the greatest downfall. The manager was supposed to call regarding a problem. Never heard a word from him/her. After using reward points for the stay the stay our credit card was still charged. The Rewards customer service was great in helping to resolve some of the problems and issues but the actual establishment was little or no help at all. January 5, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Holiday In Express in the Area I've stayed here maybe three times and every time has been trouble free. The location is good because Costco is right up the street and has the cheapest gas! The staff here was great and responded to my request for a room near the front breakfast buffet. This really saves a ton of walking, not just to the buffet, but anytime you come and go to your car. Plus, it works out way better for breakfast in bed! The room was fine, but the included wired internet connection was dead. I like the wired connection for the best speed, but had to settle for the WiFi connection which was somewhat slower. The shower work well and the pressure was good. The beds came with lots of nice puffy pillows and sleep was good. It was an easy checkout, no probs. I'll be staying here again soon. Although, I was never recognized as a Platinum Rewards Club member, I'm not sure what that might have got me anyways. December 25, 2014
