Where do i even begin, we went for a romantic getaway and it blew my expectations driving up its a cute hotel looks very nice i liked the music on the outside, front desk service was great checked me in right away, we stayed in a king suite, it was great with a microwave and fridge, they also provide you with complimentary things you may have forgotten such as toothbrush, razors, etc. the room was very clean, bed so comfortable i liked that each pillow had a label (firm, soft) that was nice. it really is near allot of places to see and winery's that was great, the free breakfast was also a hit, good variety for everyone, and the staff was so helpful with helping people get food to their table, i will definitely be back again its even a nice and family friendly hotel October 23, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Comfortable and clean My husband and I need to stay overnight to attend a wedding at Casa Real Ruby Hill Winery. The venue was only 9 minutes away. This hotel was very close and easy to get to. We drove into the parking lot and overshot the entrance. No real signage to designate the front of building. However, once inside, everything was accessible. The Front Office lady was very nice and took care of our reservation. When our room wasn't close enough to our friends room, she moved us closer. No problem. The second floor was very quiet. The room was clean. I could have used another blanket and actually saw they had one in the closet. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, so I just turned it off and opened the window. That was just fine for us. In the morning we had coffee. Oh dear........I think you should look into another vender! We went down to get a different cup of coffee and to our surprise......a full breakfast! They even made us fresh eggs! I liked the automatic pancake maker! Unique idea!! I really only had one tiny complaint. The elevator had a carpet on the existing one. It didn't go with the décor. We noticed that the carpet was very dirty. I can just imagine what the carpet under it was like. Other than that, the hotel was very very clean. We will stay again...... October 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The new Mrs. D Recently married on 10/10/14 and had our wedding block set up for our guests and my husband & I here at the Holiday Inn. Donna was great to work with! Very helpful and always followed up with any questions I had. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. My husband and I had the executive king suite and it was spacious, as well as comfortable. My guests were happy with the breakfast choices as well. A few of my guests were able to have an early check in at 12-1230 which was convenient for my bridesmaids. *My only couple of complaints or issues would be that as a bride and having her bridesmaids also get ready in the same room, it would be great to have an extra rolling or hanging rack available in the room to be used to hang dresses on. The hanging rack in the room is not tall enough or roomy enough to allow for dresses to hang properly, especially a bridal gown. To have to know to bring your own is an added stress. It would also have been very nice as the bridal couple to have been given a special welcome gift upon checking in Thursday night or after my room was cleaned Friday am so that it would be received when we got back to our room Friday evening! It definitely wouldve been a great added touch to the experience. October 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by family reunion The location of the hotel is consider pretty central as there is a Walmart beside the hotel. There are also many restaurants selection within the walking distance. The hotel rooms are big and quite clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only thing that I would have to say is the breakfast is not at my expectation as I thought full breakfast will have a bit more than selection. October 5, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor customer service Will not be staying here again or at any other IHG property. Foul smell in bathroom each day. Internet wasn't completely reliable. Primary concern: Reservations were not accurate and up to date. The hotel had cancelled my reservation upon arrival. Was charged for a no show fee when I changed my reservation through the IHG website. IHG says to contact hotel and the hotel will take care of it, the hotel says to contact IHG. Hasn't been resolved after 3 weeks and hotel management will not return my calls or respond to my emails. I had to go through my credit card to dispute the charges and provide proof that I did indeed alter my reservation. Issue is between IHG and hotel, but neither will address it. September 9, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff and Nice Clean Room I booked through the website and used my reward points so my stay was free. There was no difference in service or the room just because the stay was free. I've seen the inside of so many a Holiday Inn Express thru my business travels, they all start to look alike. But this one went with no problems. The room was clean and everything worked. No weird creepy things crawling out from under the bed. The shower pressure was good and the WiFi worked well. Even using the wired connection, I wish they would up the speed. 1Mbs is pretty slow these days. Standard browsing, it works fine. Tip: I used a wired connection , so that way you always get full strength signal and a faster connection. The room even came with a wire to plug in, so I didn't have to bring one! The staff was fine, no probs, and the free breakfast was pretty standard for a free breakfast. I just wish they had changed up the food items, since one days breakfast was the same as the day before. There is not much in walking distance from the hotel, so you will have to drive. I enjoyed my stay. Tip: ask for a room nearest the front lobby, this will save you a ton of time and walking, you don't realize how much better this is till you do it! August 29, 2014

We have a 21 month old grandaughter that we like to see on a regular basis as we live in Santa Barbara. We have gotten to know Luis at the front desk and he now recognizes me when I call for a reservation. What an asset to your company he is. He always has a smile, a greeting and goes out of his way to be helpful. It's such a pleasure to meet a young person who does such a great job. August 26, 2014

My stay was very pleasant because i got more than I expected in terms of quality of service, cleanliness, and the friendly staff, always smiling and willing to help. The breakfast was also a surprise to me because I was expecting a "Coffee and Donuts" breakfast, instead I found a breakfast with different bread options, yogurt, scrambled and boiled eggs, fruits, starches, cereals, milk, coffee, sausage links, turkey parties, and much more, and in addittion to that, there is a manager's happy hour every afternoon where you receive complimentary wine, beer, and juices. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel This is a decent hotel. The room was clean and it is environmentally friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day. The kids had a great time playing in the pool! The Free breakfast is poor. Everything had sugar in it, the eggs were overly salty. I'm glad there were hard boiled eggs and plain oatmeal (though that was salty too.) All the cereals were sugar cereals--Fruit Loops, Frosted Flakes, Raisin Bran and something else sugary! Even the Peanut Butter had added sugar. I was just surprised in California it wasn't healthier. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay At Livermore Easy to get too from the Interstate and in a relatively quiet area. Hotel staff is very warm, friendly and caring. Of note, they use eco-lighting which is a wonderful thing considering the scarcity of resources and complement IHG on this. The walls are a little thin so you may hear folks snore or loud talking but otherwise, quiet and comfortable environment. Recommend the upper floors to avoid the noise from other guests driving up. The breakfast is good and plentiful. I will stay here again! July 27, 2014
