Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nice hotel but noisy doors This is a very nice hotel and has fantastic accessible rooms. Unfortunately the doors to the rooms are slow closing and therefore slam. This is not good at 6am in the morning when you are trying to sleep. December 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excelllent Customer Service I stayed in this hotel from 30th November to 11th December 2014. Check-in was smooth. One thing worthy of mention here is how friendly and nice the staffs are. They actually go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable. All you need to do is mention it. The train station very close to the hotel made my commuting very easy, so location-wise, hotel is excellent. On the low side, I think the food menu requires some tuning up. A situation whereby I see same things on display for breakfast daily is a NO NO for me. I actually stayed off breakfast some days because of this. Two staffs greatly impressed me in the hotel - MASUD AND DOVINA, and another slim lady that cleans the rooms {Did not get her name} Good examples of people working happily. Overall, hotel is a good value for money paid. December 15, 2014

Breakfast was disappointing, such little option, kids couldn't eat - we were told we were late but still within breakfast period. Very clean room, (could have done with a bit of airing before we lodged) Couldn't access internet Asked for points card when booking but didn't get it. Staff were extremely helpful!! December 5, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Out of date heating and charge for the free extras! Unfortunately, Holiday Inn seem to rely on their past reputation rather than the service they now provide. This can only be short lived. The heating in my room was faulty, they charged for the free toothbrush, and I wish they had charged for a decent breakfast, rather than the very poor offering that was available. December 1, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not a Good Example of a Holiday Inn Property Only one positive thing about this hotel: the Front Desk people were very personable, helpful, upbeat. Great customer service. Problems: The rooms need major fixing. Beds are old. One of the beds in our room had a Protruding Spring Wire. Towels were Grey. Should they not be White? Carpet was very dirty. For all this...price was too steep. (Alas, but it's London, yeah?) November 23, 2014
