Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dog lovers - this is the place to stay! The Holiday Inn Manchester- Airport is a real bargain that feels like a higher end hotel. The bedding is nice! The common area is stylish and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. My dogs LOVE it there! We go there when we travel for AKC Agility Trials, and my dogs feel right at home. They rest well there, so that helps them perform well at the trials. The front desk always has dog treats in addition to the lovely cookies for humans. The breakfast offered is nice. We love it there. When we have a choice between the New Hampshire dog trials and trials in other states, we choose New Hampshire because the hotel is so nice and the price is so good. December 17, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inns They need to review and dismantle their heating system which is supposed to go on when a guest enters the room...which they keep at 50 degrees! We had just come to NH from FL and were freezing!!! It took 3 hours after the tech dismantled the system to get the heat to 68 degrees!!! The whole hotel looks like it needs to be spruced up. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AMAZING When I was a guest at the Holiday Inn Express in Manchester, NH - I had the very best customer service experience. All of the staff was very helpful and outgoing at all times. The complimentary continental buffet breakfast in the morning was beyond my expectations. The coffee was fresh and hot, breads of all sorts were all fresh and soft, fresh fruit and overall there was a broad enough variety of selections to please mine and any one persons pallet. My room was clean, and not noisy at all. As I ventured down to the pool and hot tub area, I was very pleased to find I was the only guest taking advantage of the beautiful surrounding, well I got to relax is all I can say. I decided to venture out for dinner, although the hotel offers a nice complimentary pasta dinner on Wednesday nights only, in appreciation and a thank you from the Hotel to their guest. I thought was very nice touch. The eateries / restaurants in the area, WOW - just so many WONDERFUL selections and the staff at the hotel was more than happy to help me with my selections as they were well knowledgeable in this area and shopping and entertainment. Over all, I can not say enough good about the Holiday Inn Express in Manchester, NH. I would recommend staying there to anyone and everyone. December 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by the first time The first time I stayed at your facilty my room was under a coworker's name. I had a smoke detector go off for no apparent reason and my neighbors were very loud and inconsiderate. I called to inform the staff that the alarm had gone off in my room and my room only ??? and asked the next morning if my neighbors were staying another night. I was told that the neighbors weren't staying they said they would have changed my room if need be. I was upgrade on this stay to a suite to make up for the smoke alarm incident. Maybethe upgrade will happen again on my next stay, I'm coming back on the evening of14th and staying until the 19th. The staff has been wonderful trying to make right was has happend, mostly out of their control, all other accomidations have been good. December 11, 2014
