Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by There simply were no problems I had been up for 13 hours and could not find a room. Came upon this one by chance and they had a room. It turned out to be the best inn I have stayed in for a very long time and when you consider that I was a traveling salesman for 35 years, that is a lot of experience staying in motels and hotels. The desk clerk that checked me in should be promoted. He was the best. The clerk at the desk at 5AM was very nice also, June 6, 2016

They made my stay very pleasant and I look forward to staying again in the future. Hotel is kept very clean. Rooms are good size and very comfortable. The food was really good. The staff are such a great team. I appreciated their welcome smiles when coming back every evening after a long day and they always went above and beyond to make me comfortable. May 24, 2016

The pillows were uncomfortable for me but abundant. The value was good and location was excellent for business or pleasure. Hotel breakfast had excellent variety, quality and convenience. Local restaurants were available, convenient and had great food. I highly recommend this hotel. May 13, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad customer service at checkin This is the second time I have stayed here in the last few months and the younger guy at front desk is a joke. I'm Spire and he never recognizes it. I only want to make sure I get my welcome points. When I asked him about it he gets annoyed. Both times I have stayed, no welcome points. My room smelled terrible and of course no help from him. The other people that work there are actually quite pleasant but at checkin I have to deal with the bad attitude. Sorry, won't go back May 4, 2016
