Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Should Have Stayed Somewhere else I arrived at the hotel after driving all day and was very tired. I went out of my way to stay at an IHG location. However, my experience was less than wonderful. Usually, I try to be positive about situations, but through the fatigue, it was difficult to overlook the fact that the deadbolt on my bedroom door did not work and that the internet signal did not reach to my room. Unfortunately, I did not realize these problems until I had already prepared for bed and decided to just go to sleep. However, considering the price for the room and the amount of time I was in the room - literally just sleeping so I could drive again in the morning - hindsight makes me think that I should have chosen a different location. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Busy- Busy I stayed during a return trip from Florida and stayed during a diving instruction class time. I have never seen them so busy at front desk and this was my 3 time here. The manager was helping to train new employee and doing a great job too. He helped me get into a suite the same as stayed during prior visits here, which was nice of them to do. This location is very nice place to stop after long drive from Florida and the hot tub helps to relax the muscles nicely. The place was louder than normal, but came down at bedtime. All the staff members here are very nice and will try to stop here on future trips. An added bonus is a very good Mexican eatery for enjoying a good meal, about 1 mile away. July 7, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by WiFi was terrible Hotel had musty smell. Some kind of fans running in hallway. Wi-Fi was terrible. Took long time to ever get connected then was unable to connect to any sites. Staff at desk wasn't helpful. Fellow traveler had same issue. June 29, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing stay Had been traveling 10 days with my children. After five days of camping we were looking forward to staying at a hotel for our trip home. We arrived early to the hotel only to find the pool, that the kids were looking forward to, was closed. I was offered a partial refund which I accepted. Another thing the kids look forward to Wednesday and at a holiday in is having pancakes for breakfast. The pancake machine was broke down and l again disappointed my kids. We had two hotel rooms one of which had a very uneven floor. I made reservations sometime in advance and requested to connecting rooms, instead we were given two rooms across the hall from each other. This made it difficult to keep track of keys and for my wife and I to stay together and with the kids. The hotel was not even close to being sold out too. June 26, 2014
