Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A few issues I stay at this particular hotel often. Upon my last stay I got a room with a sagging, soft mattress. Also, upon checkout the desk clerk was talking to someone, and didn't even look at me when I handed him the key card on my way out. Very rude. September 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A good property This was my 2nd chance to stay at this HI Express. t is clean and staff is friendly. My one comment is they need MORE outlets in the room. With a CPAP machine to hook up it would be good to have extra outlets near the bed. Moving the bed to reach an outlet is NOT HANDY . September 7, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK hotel. I had been in Nashville for business in the past year or so. I TRIED THIS HOTEL several occasions and it seems to be inconsistent in the overall service. The outside looks dirty the rooms some times look clean or dirty( depend). It looks old and for the price is just fair. I'm a club member for few years now and this hotel seems not to improve. I should start looking for an alternative. September 2, 2014

The accessible bathrooms with roll in showers were very well designed; however, they were not ADA compliant even if they were accessible. The staff members we dealt with weren't the friendliest and I came away feeling like they hated their jobs. The breakfast was horrendous, which was a shame because I have come to expect nothing but the best from Holiday Inn Express breakfasts. Overall, it's a great place to stay overnight and I just made my reservations at this hotel for my trip home...but I wouldn't stay there any longer than one night. September 1, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Trip out of Town My husband and were taking a trip out of town and since our flight out of Nashville was so early, I decided to book a room and also be able to leave our car at the hotel. The room was perfect! The price just couldn't be beat and we were able to leave the car for 8 days with no extra charges. The staff that helped us were excellent, the gentlemen who took us to our very early flight was a nice as could be and when we called to be picked up at the airport upon our return, the gentlemen was there promptly and even delivered us right to our car! We were so happy with all the amentities, the staff and the cleanliness of the room. We will definitely book at this hotel again if the need ever arises in the future! August 30, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel, Housekeeping issues The Hotel is in a great location and just minutes from Airport. I have stayed here a few times this year and been satisfied. On my last visit a couple days ago while I was in the bath room I noticed a washcloth hanging from my shower that clearly was one not used by me. It was dirty and stained and draped over the shower. Housekeeping needs to make sure that room is clean in all aspects. On a previous visit a couple months ago I was awaken by housekeeping vacuuming a room at 6:30 in the morning. Not sure why so early but letting other guest know in case this is a normal situation. I was on the 3rd floor. The hotel staff are nice and friendly. August 28, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel for Price\Location There was plenty around and it was easy to get to the city. It would be nice if they would shuttle to downtown, but I don't blame them. The breakfast could have been better, but had plenty of choices and was your standard complimentary. Overall it was a great hotel and I would probably stay again if going to Nashville. The room was great, and the shuttle experience was just as advertised. If you are staying in Nashville and plan to leave your vehicle, you can save money and stress by using this program. I am always recognized as a "frequent" flyer and as such seem to receive better attention and perhaps a better room location. The staff are friendly but not so much that they get in the way of quiet reflections while in the common areas. The rooms and common areas are always clean and fresh with ample room to sit and read if one wants. Overall dependable quality and service. August 17, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Do not stay here if you have pets. I booked my reservation through a booking agent through Holiday Inn. I prepaid for my reservation and made sure to ask if this property was pet friendly. The agent assured me that it was, and made no mention of a pet deposit fee. I figured there would be a pet fee-- considering I had just stayed at a Holiday Inn in Kansas. When I booked my Kansas stay, I was alerted of a $25 non refundable pet fee before I booked. Not so much with the Nashville property. To my surprise, I was charged a $100 non refundable pet fee-- which again was not disclosed or advertised in any way. The person at the counter even expressed that the pet fee was ridiculous and stated that " the manager probably charges so much to discourage people from bringing their animals." If you don't want pets, don't allow them in the first place. Had I known that the pet fee was so ridiculous, I would have stayed at a hotel down the road. August 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great property!! First, I want to say the staff here is EXCELLENT, and Amy recognized me as a Platinum Elite member and got me into her last available room. The room was nice, and I really wanted to give a perfect score, but a faint beeping tone emitting from the room's thermostat kept my wife and daughter from sleeping very well. I was bushed, and it didn't bother me. We informed the desk, and they were going to have maintenance look at it immediately. We were given a late check-out to allow her to relax a little longer. The bed was great, the breakfast area was impressive and relaxing, and I really want to come back this fall when the fireplace is burning. We will definitely stay here again while in Nashville, and I plan on staying here in the future when flying out of BNA. Thanks. August 5, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Seen better days Having recently completed a two day business trip to Nashville at the HIE Airport, I felt it best to not recommend staying here if your plans take you this way. The staff are excellent and go out of their way to show you a pleasant stay, but I think it's because they know they don't have a lot of anything else to offer. If you have ever stayed at one of those MOTELS off I-40 near a truck stop, then you can relate to this hotel. It's not that its dirty, it just feels that way since it hasn't been updated since 1990. The hotel rooms are noisy from the hallway and except for the bedding, they are terrible. I feel bad for the staff as I would love to have them at everyone of my hotels I stay at, but alas they are stuck in the HIE at Nashville Airport August 4, 2014

Helpful staff We had problems with the reservations however, the staff was very helpful to solve the problem even though we were assigned 3 different room before they finally got it right. Had to redo the room keys twice and the room wasn't as clean as we've come to expect from Holiday Inn Expresses we've stayed before. We did have a nice family reunion and had a great pizza and wine party in the great room. The staff was helpful and courteous and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were NOT. July 31, 2014

We called HIE at the airport and were pleased they had availability. It was even better to find the accommodations in great condition. We slept very well. The front desk staff was most helpful.
