Room was excellent but the front desk service was poor. My experience on check out was also poor. I was very disappointed with this visit because of this service and have never experienced this in the 20 years I've been a member.

The overall stay was a great experience. The only things that could use improvement were the cleanliness of the elevators. The carpets in the elevators were beyond filthy.

Consistent, strong cigarette smell in my room, awful polyester linens and lumpy, uncomfortable pillows made this a stay I do not want to repeat.

Everything a short stay should be..... clean, comfortable, easy. The pool was clean and heated.
Breakfast Food was good. rooms were clean.
I had two complaints but they don't impact my stay.
The pool towels are soooo small. They were the size of hand towels. Bring your own!
And the walls are a little thin. You can hear everything.
But fortunately, no one was too loud and when we come again, (which we will), we will bring our beach towels.
Yes, definitely stay here. Nice area. shopping, restaurants, etc. Next door is an Army store I loved.

Our room was clean, had lots of space and very comfortable beds. Many channels on the large TV, and a refrig in room. Very friendly and compliant service.
Where it fell short was the inadequate lighting. The light bulbs in the room seemed like 15 w. Seems like it's a "corporate" decision.

I chose this property because of the unbelievably high level of customer service, My initial stay here 18 months ago was because of convenience/location. However, the staff here made me comfortable enough to want to come back time and time again. Since I have to travel a lot for business, I want to feel as "at-home" as I possibly can and choose accordingly. This property never skips a beat.

A good stay, a few minor glitches... Heater was a tad noisy and the blankets( well, sort of blankets, more like sheets) only come up to about mid-chest. I have noticed this trend in the last few years, feels unnatural (for me) to sleep without blankets that come 'all the way up'.
Overall, I will be back. PS: The staff was great !
