Hotel is new, staff very friendly, rooms are clean and very comfortable. This was our second stay at this location and will definitely stay again.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Check in was a breeze. Room and bed quite comfortable. I did not experience any of the noise others mentioned even though the hotel was filled to capacity on the first night of my stay. Breakfast had more items than I was expecting.
Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel

Very nice hotel....new, clean, friendly staff, comfy bed, plenty of room. Visit the Prime Table Restaurant just down the street for amazing, home cooked food!!

What a wonderful Holiday Inn. This hotel appears to be just bulit but was inforned that has been there for a while now. Traveling is a hassle but the staff and the hotel made it so much better.
Also love the location of stores and food establishments.
Please keep up the great servive and possibly have other staffs for Holiday Inn train with the staff in Niles.

We travel to the South Bend area quite often. We will NEVER stay at this property again. Could hear a quiet conversation through the walls, while trying to sleep. Very annoying! The people in the room next to ours were not being loud....simply speaking, and I could hear every word!

The staff was great
At first I had sme problems wth checking in that I was assured I wont when I made the res..I had change some thing And I wanted to make sure I didnt have problems with the last minute changes to my reservation. Well I did
When I arrive the girl at the desk needed to talk on her cell phone and was in a hurry to check me in after a couple of minutes she got me and ,my guest in saying she would leave a note for the mornning crew.
I got a check out bill in the morning which I wasnt supose to get
went down stairs and that is were I meant the manager and she went aove the call off duty and got things staighten out and everything from that point was the service I have come to expect from your Motels
Thank you once a gain for making me fell GREAT

My family and I were in Michigan for the funeral of my sister. We had four rooms at the HI Express Niles. From check in to check out everything was super, this was a very hard time for all of us, but all of your staff went out of their way to make things as good as possible. I would like to say a special thanks to April, at the front desk, kind, caring and just special. Thanks to all.

We were very pleased with our one night stay! We had not realized that the Niles Holiday Inn had moved to a new location. Very nice! The room was spacious, the amenities were plentiful (loved the make-up remover wet wipe) and the staff was very friendly! The buffet breakfast was good and well-tended. We would definitely stay, again! My only suggestion would be to provide a make-up mirror in the bathroom.

My wife and I and our son and his family of 6 received great and friendly treatment from the staff at the hotel. They worked with us to get the best possible arrangements. Very nice, new, clean. Look forward to staying again the next time we are in Niles.

When we went to check in our wedding party they were more than happy to allow us to check in early, which was much appreciated. But when we tried to cancel prior reservations for either that night or the next day they said it would be taken care of but we still got charged. We tried canceling numerous times and double checked if it was getting taken care of. They reassured us every time. In person the staff seems reasonable but over the phone they started twisting their stories to make them look like the victims. The manager dismissed our complaints and even failed to return our calls. Their concern for their guest is clearly not in any of their agendas. Its hard enough paying for a wedding but when you have to pay an extra $300+ for rooms that were not used it makes life harder. Just as a helpful hint they have a 6 pm cancellation time, which is great if they would've reminded us. Overall we will not be staying their again, especially since theirs other great hotels in the area, that our family's stayed at during that time.

My reservations needed to be changed and were a bit confusing, Brandy handled it wonderfully. When we arrived all 4 rooms were accurate and other staff members were familar wih our special needs. April (the GM ) was very up to speed. Great team and great facility. We will stay here again as our first choice in the area.

We were welcomed and we found our room great. We also were impressed with the friendliness of the staff, always greeting us and asking if our stay was good and if they could help us at anytime to even make it better.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The room was nice, but I had a really hard time finding the hotel, its not on most GPS systems. The internet service is not good, I try to Skype with my family, but there was not enough service for that to work. The front desk staff was too busy. When I got there I stood at the front desk while the only person at the desk talked with a customer making a reservation for a long time. I set a wake up call for the next day and the call never came. As I rushed out the door fter stopping at what looked like it might have been an okay breakfast if I had any time, I stopped by the front desk and said that I didn't receive wake up call. The person at the desk covered the receiver of the phone to tell me that they were aware that the wake up call system wasn't working and someone would be in later that day to fix it. Not getting a wake up call is my biggest pet peeve about traveling it really starts your day off on the wrong foot. The fact they knew it wasn't working and didn't do anything about and didn't offer any sort of apology when I brought it up bothers me.

I held a business meeting/training session at the Holiday Inn Express in Niles, MI. The location worked very well for us since it was centrally located between several of our facilities and had a meeting room sufficient for our needs. The general manager, April, and her assistant, Jeremy, made the process for gathering information and booking pleasant and efficient. I was greeted as a Priority Club member, and my room was great. They situated me in close proximity to the meeting room, and had set up the room for us to accomodate the training. April had lunch brought in from the local restaurant, Prime Table, and it was delivered on time, had a good selection of food and was reasonably priced. The hotel has nice amenities, and my stay was very pleasant. April even took care of sending leftover training materials back to our facility in Philadelphia so that I did not have to deal with that myself.
I want to thank April and Jeremy for their hospitality and I look forward to a return trip very soon.

This particular Holiday Inn Express is fast becoming one of my favorite places to stay anywhere. The whole staff sets the standard for customer service and the property could not be more friendly. The room where breakfast is served is pretty much empty the rest of the day so I am able to bring my guests in there and relax during our visit without having anyone have to juggle sitting on a bed in my room.

This HI is where we put people up at when the visit our company.

We stay in Niles often and this is our hotel of choice. When we first walked in the hotel we were impressed with how nice and new everything looked. Our hotel room was beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was relaxing, with lots of pillows. The hotel has a classic modern style. The breakfast bar has a large variety of items. My husband liked the pancake making machine and I loved having items from the hot breakfast bar. Our favorite item on the breakfast bar was the warm cinnamon rolls. The breakfast room itself is a lovely place to start the day. It is spacious and features large windows on one side of the room that reveals a lovely view of a wooded area outside. We look forward to coming back again.

Staff is on the ball at check in and check out. Very quiet. I left a book behind, called desk 2 hrs later to ask on it, and they called back to advise they had it at the front desk. Service with style!

Everything about this location is right. We were in town for the Notre Dame game and it is the right spot to stay. It offers a great selection for breakfast and has a wonderful new wing restaurant adjacent to the parking lot for your lunch or dinner needs. The hotel must be brand new as everything is in perfect condition. The rooms are spacious and noise is not a problem. With the campus only 7 miles away, a cab is even an option for those that care to imbibe more than normal.
