Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Friendly Staff at HI In town for a funeral. Greeted by friendly staff. Suite was as expected. Staff promptly addressed all concerns-very few, very minor. There were a few areas in the room that showed dust (Tv area). Overall it was pretty clean. Diffcult to tell if fridge was on/working properly. January 28, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the quality of other Holiday Inns Was not greeted as an awards member. Not personable at all. Room was comfortable but never had any wash clothes and bath mat was just a towel. Lots of hair in tub and floor. Shower curtain was badly torn and overall condition if bath was less than normally expected. Breakfast was your normal IHG fair. We moved to another hotel after two nights. January 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bathroom We were on 5th floor it took time for the water too get hot. Even then it didn't get real hot. The nozzle on the tube was a 1/2" from the wall. Except for two things mention are stay was great. We would stay here again. January 15, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Do Not Recommend The price was OK but I was extremely disappointed with the hotel management, quality of towels, quality of toilet paper (worst have ever used in my life), view from room (view of trash receptacles from business next door), noise from staff radio beginning at 5 a.m. running all morning. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by staff friendly but the online reservation not so much. We have stayed here before and based on that experience we opted to stay here again when in the area. When I went on line to book I put in the number of adults 4, number of kids 2, and number of rooms needed 2. Because the system only asks those questions they thought that we had 6 per room for 2 rooms even though it stated that there is a limit of 5 per room. I was over charged the full amount and not the deposit like the website stated. After several calls and headaches later Phil the Gm was able to give us what we needed for the price that I had booked on line. All of the staff that we met were very friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and quiet. The beds this visit were hard and not comfortable and the pillows were over soft and lumpy but otherwise the stay was enjoyable. We will most likely stay here in the future I am just not sure how I will be booking it. I like the value that you get on line but the headache not so much. January 14, 2015
