The beds are the most comfortable of any hotel that we have stayed in. The free breakfast was of high quality and had many choices of hot and cold food and beverages. The staff was very friendly and we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

We only stayed on night but overall, was a fine experience. Staff was wonderful. Convenient location. Breakfast was good. Hotel could use some updating. Rooms just okay. Food items were left in the refrigerator from previous guests, but mistakes happen.

Good check in and checkout. Good bed, fireplace, and whirlpool in suite. Poor layout of TV in bedroom. Furniture and fixtures (kitchen cabinets) very tired looking. Color and décor very drab. No plug-in internet in room. But, wireless was ok. Only 1 each K-cup pod in room for regular and decaf. Tiny bar sink in kitchen area. Nothing at all-NOTHING at all, in kitchen cabinets. No dishes, cups, anything. Why bother with kitchen cabinets?
Suite rooms are large, but could use more seating (lots of very empty space in living room and kitchen areas, with very tiny table in kitchen, and a very tiny desk).
Only facial tissues in the room were in a tiny built-in box in the bathroom sink area, and only had about 4-5 tissues. The tissues are stiff and scratchy, making in unpleasant since I had a cold. Toilet paper was difficult to access, since the hotel uses the industrial type 2-roll locked dispensers, frequently found in mall bathrooms or in industrial workplaces. Not welcoming..
Breakfast was below-average to average for this type of hotel.

Good, clean hotel room. The bed would have been perfect with the exception on the plastic cover that made it very hot.
The eggs at breakfast were not for human consumption.
Otherwise a good place to stay.
