We have been staying at this hotel every holiday season while visiting family since 2005. Hotel always exceeds our expectations. Large variety of food to choose from for breakfast. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend staying here.

Had someone banging on the ceiling half the night then started again at 5 am. When I called the desk to complain I forgot my room number ask the front desk to hold on a minute and they hung up on me. I had to call back. Still banging. I had someone else do the reservation and they didn't put in for AAA. I brought it up to the desk on check in and they said it was the proper rate. Wrong checked it in my room that night and they didn't get me the rate. When I brought this up with the front desk on checkout about the banging and the rate I was basically told "sorry". Bottom line I've stayed at other hotels in the area and they are a far better value and I haven't had the problems I had at this one.

I HAVE STAYED IN 3 HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS, AND THEY ARE 0/10 COMPARED TO THIS ONE. I STAYED IN A SUIT AND IT WAS CLEAN AND REALLY QUIET.
THE BREAKFAST HAD MORE VARIETIES THAN ALL THE OTHER HOLIDAY INNS IN THE AREA. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, AND GAVE ME EVERYTHING I ASKED FOR. I DEFINITELY WILL STAY THEIR AGAIN.

The Last year, we find a nice Hotel with a great Service.
This year, the New manager, make new Pictures and Lampe, but the Service was very poor.
the new manager has no customer orientation.
He does not accept complaints and demands from his staff not to respond.
then you are asked, for a several-day stay if the room is to be made.
It is the most unlikely to increase prices for more nights without the consent of the guest.
