I stayed at this facility on April 26th. When I got up the next morning, i Paid my bill then went out to my car to put my luggage in and leave. After about an hour and a haf of driving, i stopped to get a cup of coffee. When I reachrd in my pocket, my money clip was gone.I had apparently dropped it when I placed the luggage in my car.
I called the hotel to see if anyone had turned it in. The person that answered the phone actually went outside to look where I had parked.He found nothing. He asked fro my phone number in case someone found it and turned it in. The money clip had a little over $200.00, my drivers license, and 2 credit cards. I figured it was gone for good. After driving anothe couple of hours, my phone rings and it was the manager who told me they found my money clip and all the money was there. I couldn't believe it. Since I was so far down the road, he said he would put it in the safe and I could pick it up on my way back. He said the maid found it under the bed in room 209 but I had stayed in room 211 and never went back to the room after I paid the bill. The maid could have taken the money and thrown everything else away plus the manager could also have done that. It is so rewarding to find honest people in the world. I gave each individual a reward for being honest and want to say that you have some employees that you need to be proud of. I will never forget this experience and will make it a point to only stay at Holiday Inn's because of the actions of the staff here.

All we can say is that it's the nicest motel by far that we have stayed in for many years. As long as it remains the same high standard in all ways as it is now we will be staying there for as long as our daughter and her family live down that direction. We love it.

The staff at this Holiday Express were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean. I would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Staff for night time check in. New facility, perfectly maintained. However, no small refrigerator in the room which I am accustomed to. Therefore, I lost food that I had with me. I don't think I have stayed at a HIE without a refrigerator before. Next time I will ask. Had I known, I would have selected another place to stay. If refrigeration is not an issue, this is a perfect place to stay.

Stayed overnight - room was very nice - nicely appointed, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Had put in a request for room location and was accommodated. Great breakfast in the morning. Perfect for our overnight stay after a long drive. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This location is a favorite for me as a business traveler. I stay here when business has me traveling back from Idaho.
The staff here are always accomadating and the facility is very well maintained and looks sharp.

The hotel is great and we have stayed over and over again, however it is the only holiday inn express we have ever stayed in without a refrigerator or micro . Wonder why?

My husband and I stay at the Ontario, Oregon Holiday Inn Express every time we travel east or west on Interstate 84 connecting Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. I could move into this hotel. This particular motor inn is better than others in regard to the silence through the walls, the rooms are quieter. The Pool is warm and comfortable. The towels in the pool area are not those little cheap ones. The staff was so helpful with our late arrival and allowing a late departure also. We do not make that a habit. However, when one arrives at an inn around 11 or midnight then it was much appreciated to be allowed to get our rest and sleep.
Thank you Ontario!! I will stop again. In the past 3 years we have stopped coming and going and stayed 6 times. We always make this inn our destination coming and going from our home near Olympia, Washington. Breakfast was also great. thank you so much.
