THE ONE REASON WHY I ENJOY STAYING AT THE PEORIA HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS IS THE LOCATION. I TRAVEL TO PEORIA FOR BUSINESS AND FAMILY AND THIS FACILITY LET'S ME FEEL GOOD KNOWING THAT I COMPLETE BOTH THINGS WITH LETTLE TROUBLE. ALSO A SPECIAL THANKS MUST GO TO WANDA FOR DIRECTING ME TO A BUSINESS STORE THAT HAS COMPUTERS AND A PRINTING FUNCTION CLOSE BY WHERE I NEED SUPPORT TO COMPLETE MY BUSINESS TASK'S.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sally56 Great staff but dirty and dated hotel
We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times in the past but this time we were given a room with stains on the curtains, floor/carpet and coverlet on the bed. There was stool spots on the underside to the toilet seat. Overall this hotel is very dated and not very clean. We not be staying at this Holiday Inn Express again.
The bright spot was Wanda one of the front desk staff. When we informed her of the condition of our room she kindly and cheerfully moved us to another room. Our housekeeper was great too and I'm sorry I can't give you her name.

I would like to comment about the room quality of the Holiday Inn Express in Peoria, AZ. We checked in and the first thing we noticed was the vanity area which was hanging off the wall at a 30 or more degree slope. It looked as though it would fall off the wall at any second. We were afraid to set anything heavy on it for fear that it would fall. The second thing we noticed was the refrigerator. It seemed very cold. After about 2 hours we checked our sodas/waters and they were frozen. My husband tried adjusting the temp control by turning it lower and we added new sodas/waters. Within a few hours they were frozen, so we couldn't use the refrig for our stay. The third thing was the pull out sofa. There were springs missing and when one of our family members tried to sleep on it, they heard popping sounds where the snaps were not holding and they almost fell through the bed. Needless to say, we couldn't use the sofa bed and my son had to sleep on the couch pillows which was not confortable either. Lastly and the most offensive thing was the linens. When we returned to our room after the maids left from cleaning, there were dirty linens hanging from the towel racks. Several were dingy in color, but when I say dirty I mean it. One of the towels had human feces that was dried on it and facing outward. I took it down to the front desk and the man behind the desk said" I don't know how that got there" and he did absolutely nothing. We will never stay at this facility again

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GoCats great hotel
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Not only was it located near alot of activities but it was CLEAN and quiet. Both qualities we value. Breakfast was hot and fresh every morning, even when it was busy. Our only recommendation would be to change the pillows. The current pillows are small and flat -- especially for a king size bed.

We have stayed at this location several times when attending activities at the Peoria Sports Complex. The staff here has always been very accommodating. The cleanliness of the rooms are average to good. I haven't tried breakfast, but our kids seem to find it satisfactory. We like that there are laundry facilities on site to wash sports uniforms.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by JiminAZ Very dated property
Despite the nice looking exterior of the building, this Holiday Inn Express is badly in need of freshening and updating in all areas. Carpets throughout the hotel are tired and wrinkled. The lobby and breakfast area are small, sparsley furnished , and dated looking.
This hotel, perhaps due to its location, is rather expensive for what is provided. Stayed here several years ago and nothing has changed. This year, we stayed in several other Holiday Inn Express locations in other states and this particular location in Peoria, AZ is by far the least desireable. Not up to standards.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BobC Great place, but one minor concern
Good price, good location near to freeway and shopping locations. Everything was perfect, had one concern, They permit dogs to stay and the dogs are not centralized to specific rooms. If you have a severe allergy to dogs you could have a problem.
