I stay here maybe six times a year for business. What I like most is that there are lots of dining options within walking distance. I also like the fact that they have a pool and hot tub (indoors) Also the staff is always very nice.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn because it was close to a winery we both enjoy. Even though they were renovating, our stay was excellent and we will continue to stay at this hotel whenever we are in that area. Great Service, pool and super comfortable beds.

This is an absolutely great place. The facility is nice. Above average and Holiday Inn Express's are above average so that is saying a lot, but the key is the staff. The entire staff is great. Everyone goes way out of their way to make it a great stay. They have added a nice fitness room since my last stay and other improvements are in progress. Your hotel key gets you discounts at nearby restaurants. You will like this place as much as I do!

I like stay here as the entire staff makes me feel like it's my 2nd home. Every one that works there is friendly and very helpful in fact I stay here and drive to Toledo instead of staying in Toledo.

We always enjoy coming to Port Clinton, and Kim and her staff make our stay very enjoyable. The fitness room was a pleasant surprise, and I was able to use it at least once.

I have stayed at this hotel six times and have always been totally satisfied. The facilities are newly refurbished, very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast is excellent, with hot items such as eggs sausage or bacon, pancakes, and biscuits and gravy. Cereals, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, juices and many other items make it a full breakfast. The staff is the best I have ever experienced. Very friendly and accommodating, always a cheerful greeting and asking if anything is needed. Pool , exercise room and business center are terrific. There is no better place to stay in the area and this is my favorite Holiday Inn Express by far.

Once again we had a great stay. Clean and comfortable. Kim and staff always go above and beyond expectations and we keep coming back for more. The only thing I would add more people like Kim and her staff at other Holiday Inn Expresses.

Sheet very thin.
Bathroom dirty. Hiar in sink, old soap in holder in shower.
Air filter (HVAC unit) filthy.
Way too expensive.

The room is very clean and spacious. The furnishings were nice. One suggestion might be to include a sofa or love seat in the rooms with the whirlpool tub, as there was limited seating. I thought the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially as we left a pair of shoes behind. They called us almost immediately. Thank you for a great stay and we'll definitely return the next time we are in Port Clinton.

I primarily stay at all IHG hotels, with majority of stays at Holiday Inn and Suites and this one ranks right up there at the top. Great gym with free weights, universal machines and 3 cardio machines. Great views of the inlet/marsh and huge patios and decks to relax outside. Clean and updated rooms. Super friendly staff and greats service. Close to many food options for all budgets. I recommend Waldo Peppers 1/4 mile from hotel for the "Cheers" feeling of a bar with above average food and very reasonable prices.

My wife and I stayed at this location about a week ago. We really wanted to use the pool, but unfortunately they were painting it, so it was closed. We returned to our room and the phone was ringing. It was the front desk calling to say that they had called another nearby hotel and gained permission for us to use their pool. THAT is what we call finding a way to satisfy your guest - excellent service, clean attractive rooms, top drawer HIX!

We stayed there a couple of nights before the New Year and really enjoyed it. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were friendly and helpful and made the stay enjoyable. From the desk clerk, to the maid in the hallway to the breakfast employees, we couldn't have asked for anything else.
Worth the trip!

this hotel has everything , pool thats nice and warm,a hot tub thats hot, a breakfest with plenty of choices.
the staff was very helpful with places to eat dinner, and were very pleasant at check in, i recieved a priority club gift when i checked in, the service here is awesome, from the front desk staff to the housekeeper, everyone is so nice, will be looking foward to another stay at this hotel.

The hot tub was cold, it smelled and tiles were missing. Floor of pool was gritty. The room heat was on constantluy and we had to gewt up and continuously change the heat. Outdoor window could not be latched securely. Staff was great. BUT we selected this hotel to also use pool.
We filled out survey and clicked to go back and lost the whole survey, not user friendly.

My soon to be sister in law and her best friend and mother and I spent the weekend here and went to Put in Bay for bachorlette party the place was clean the staff was very intentive..we shuttled from hotel to jet express they called to make sure we made the boat when coming back..THEN AFTER CHECKOUT WE ARE WINDOW SHOPPING AND GET A CALL THAT WE HAD LEFT A IPOD AND ITS AT FRONT DESK WAITING FOR US..WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE....YOU MUST ALSO EAT AT DIANA HOMECOOKING CHEAP AND WITHEN WALKING DISTANCE FROM HOTEL..
