Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No hot water in mornings. Have been in this property for three separate weeks now, and am finding consistently that the property is running out of hot water in the mornings. Nothing like a lukewarm shower to start your day. I'm staying in a different property next week, and will likely not ever come back to this property. March 27, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, clean, and above average Due to the many high-school aged kids in the hotel for a weekend athletic event, it was a little noisy. Thankfully, they all quieted down by 10:00 p.m. so sleep was not a problem. The wireless internet was slow, but it was free. No problems. I would stay at this hotel again in the future. The fitness center was small and with a limited number of machines, but it did provide for a much needed workout. Not much to complain about, overall. March 16, 2015

My only 'complaint' is in the breakfast offering, the eggs always seem to be at a significantly lower quality than the rest of the offerings. but that is pretty standard in hotel breakfasts. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor maid service We left our room at 1030 am to go to the antique show at the Expo, we returned at 900 p.m.. Our room had not been cleaned and there was a note on our door that it had not been serviced because there was a do not distrub sign on the door. We remove it at 1030 when we left. We had to go downstairs and get new towels and there was no clean glasses. First time we had stayed there and it will be the last. Also when we checked in the front desk agent was partially laying her head on the shelf and was not friendly at all . She had a heck of a time checking us in and appear not to interested in being there on a Friday Night.. This person is someone you don't want at the first responder to guests. All in all it was a very poorly ran hotel. I would not reccomend it nor would I stay there again. March 14, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Service - nothing works My business associate and I have been staying at this hotel for 6 months. During this period of time the air conditioning rarely worked, the cable television would simply stopped working for periods of time and then come back on (staff said to unplug the refrigerator), and the printers/computers in the open air business center rarely worked. The pool is not fit for my dog to swim in let alone a kid, don't even want to consider what kind of germs and grim are in the sauna that never worked. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AGGREVATION - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I recommend the STAYBRIDGE INN. March 11, 2015
