The only issue that I had was when I went to eat breakfast, the pancake machine ran out of batter and the lady had difficulties refilling it; I waited for 30-minutes and it still wasn't fixed. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean but time to update Beds Have stayed at this location a number of times. Great location (easy on/off freeway). Always spotless. Older hotel but well maintained. Having stayed at a number of HI Expresses (Platinum Elite Status) I have a few suggestions: 1. Thank you for keeping the facility so clean, but the Pine Sol cleaner you use has a very very strong odor. You can smell it once you enter and it is almost noxious when staff are mopping the floors. Have you thought about using an odor free cleaner? 2. It would be nice if the front door had an automatic opener on it. I don't know how someone in a wheelchair or using a walker would ever be able to open the door manually. Also a challenge when arms are full of luggage/bags. 3. It is definitely time to replace your beds. I have stayed in a number of the rooms and the beds are very soft. On this last stay, I was able to feel the wire frame of the mattress while sitting on the edge of the bed. The facility and staff are always consistent and always a pleasant stay. March 29, 2015
