Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Refreshing stay I have stayed here before and like always found that the hotel was clean and well taken care of. The breakfast has a good variety, something for everyone. The staff is constantly bring out hot food and keeping the area clean. We brought along our dog this time and found that the area where you can take your dog out was dirty, yes I know that as a responsible pet owner you should clean up after your animal, but we all know that often that does not happen. I would expect that if a facility was going to allow for and allow animals then I would also expect that they would check the outside grounds and clean up when appropriate. Over all I will say that they stay was good and I will stay there again. October 7, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed reviews - some positives, some negative Ok... I stayed three days... and have some positive comments and some negatives... Positives: very nice, clean hotel. Room was excellent, very roomy for a standard with queen. Breakfast was the typical HIEx and very good. Lemon/cucumber water and cookies in the lobby was a nice touch. Available coffee in the dining room was also a nice touch and appreciated. Negatives: unfortunately several and enough to where I will not stay at this hotel in the future. 1. Both washers were out of service. Not good! 2. Front desk staff were not helpful, none of them! I asked the two ladies who checked me in to have the hotel manager contact me regarding room pricing. I NEVER GOT THE CALL. I ask a male employee at the front desk for help... he gave me her card and said "call her."... call her for me Mr. Front Desk employee. 3. Third floor hallways smelled bad. The two AC units at each end of the hallways were turned off. Zero fresh air.. stank bad. I turned one on and after a full day the air was tolerable. Really?!?! I am a gold elite and expect a certain level of service and consideration!! I am not satisfied with the hotel or its manager. I don't know what her name is but she needs to know of this review. The great staff at Holiday Inn was able to locate the projector and their shuttle service dropped it off downtown for me. They saved the day!! September 28, 2015
