Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Very Clean and well kept While traveling for business, I had asked for a quiet room. I was given a very nice room on the top floor, away from the freeway, away from the elevator and ice machine. It was wonderful until about 10:00 pm, when a couple arrived at the room right next to mine with 2 or 3 kids. The parents were very disrespectful and did nothing to try and quiet the kids. One child crying, and one or two jumping from bed to bed and even being encouraged to jump further. You could even hear the father wrestling with the kids at 10:30 pm. Laughing, yelling and playing, I'm glad the father was interacting with his kids, just not at 10:30 pm when other people are trying to sleep. And it's amazing how a child of probably 65 or 70 pounds sounds like a buffalo when on an elevated floor! You can imagine what the father sounded like! When this was brought to the hotels attention, I was told they didn't register with any children. I know with security cameras and even just walking the halls, they very easily could of known there were very loud kids in that room. If they had taken time to walk up there, they could and would of heard the disturbance going on. There were very few people in the hotel that night, even if the parents lied when they checked in, couldn't of they at least put people a few rooms apart? I realizing for house keeping it might be convenient to clean rooms that are clumped together, but for the customers, a little privacy would be very nice. Just not very considerate. Not totally the hotels fault, but with low occupancy, why put people all together? Frustrating when you're traveling for business and kids keep you awake till the wee hours of the morning. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Little Hotel My overall experience was exceptional. Hotel is newer and the furnishings and room are updated. Very comfortable bed; breakfast was convenient and of a good variety; from lobby to room, everything was immaculate. Another plus....right at Richfield exit from1-70; however, because of this, you could hear road noise (not excessively, but enough). Regardless, I would rate this hotel very highly. February 28, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Home away from Home This was one stop on our vacation and was wonderful. The hotel was clean everywhere. The staff were very helpful, respectful and courteous, as well as being knowledgable about the area and where we might go to purchase things, attend church, visit museums, etc. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices of food and the attendant was very helpful to get anything you might need. If we had more time, we would have stayed longer, but our trip was planned and we had to stick to it. We plan on staying there on our next trip. February 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by HI EXP experience Nice place. Feels upscale. Staff great. Didn't like AC controls or the bed (bed too soft, pillows too hard). Water pressure really good. At Richfield, UT, don't stay on the north side by the I70 freeway. Breakfast was pretty weak, but better than nothing. Overall price for value was about a wash, but will guess it's the best place to stay in Richfield right now. February 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Hotel After getting to the hotel and seeing the room we decided to stay another night. The fixture for the bathtub/shower worked ok but squeaked like it was going to break when you turned it on. The blinds don't close completely, so the light just outside of the window was annoying. This is a common problem at hotels. The heating unit seemed not turn on until the room had cooled too much and then ran too long and overheated the room. Again a common problem in hotels. The breakfast is good and the ladies that ran it were effective and really nice. We enjoyed the stay. we found the staff to be efficient and nice. The check in clerk, Trevor, was effective and fun.
