We were welcomed very warmly and thanked for our business. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nice and quiet and I slept well. Reasonable price for a quality stay, breakfast was actually pretty nice for a hotel breakfast and the staff were all very nice and friendly.

Fast check-in. Even included a phone call from the front desk to make sure our room was up to expectations. I just love staying in new hotels, with everything updated and modern. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom clean and neat. My room was right next to the elevator so I got to hear it go up and down all night but once I turned on the fan in the room I slept just fine. Breakfast was nice. This was my first time staying in a Holiday Inn Express so maybe pancake machines and hot cinnamon rolls are standard, my family loved watching their pancakes come out of the machine and land on their plate. Thanks for making our stay a great one!

Stayed there for 3 nights.
Upon check-in it took us 40 minutes to check in.
Came back one evening and our room wasnt even cleaned. Called to the front desk and told them about it and they said ok we will let the cleaners know about it tomorrow. They could care less that they had forgot to clean our room. We had to track down some trash bags to empty our trash.
Breakfast selection was terribel and they were out of everything. We decided to not even go to breakfast as it was a waste of time.

Unfortunately we arrived at a time when there was a high school tournament in Richfield and the room prices were higher than usual. We had stayed there just nine days earlier and the rates were about forty dollars higher than they were earlier. As a priority card holder I believe that we should have not had to pay such an inflated rate. Why bother being a priority member when there seem to be no advantages to that membership.

I spent two weeks at this property and can’t wait to go back. I was able to do some touring, when not on the job. This is a great jump off point for viewing wildlife and the natural beauty of Utah. Capital Reef is a great drive as is Boulder Mountain, the Big Rock Candy Mountain and the Devil’s Backbone. I saw Deer, Elk, Bald Eagles, Golden Eagles, Turkeys as well as herons fishing.
Then back to a pleasant hotel. It doesn’t matter which staff you deal with, you have a first class experience. Buffy, Sharon and Nicole are great on the desk. Nicole combined several reservations and made adjustments so I didn’t have to change rooms. Jolene and Trisha make sure your breakfast goes well and are interested in all of the guests. Misty and Sarah cover the housekeeping and make sure every guest has top quality rooms.
This staff puts a capital “H” in the Hospitality industry.

This was our first time staying in the Richfield area and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the room was very clean (I'm a stickler about that). The bed was comfortable and the shower had a big head on it for a nice shower. Lots of choices for breakfast, good coffee. We have nothing negative to say. Great job!

Everything was great. The employees were very nice and accommodating and the hotel is very clean and nice--one of the nicer Holiday Inn Expresses that I've been to. They have a nice workout room with a rack of dumbells and cardio machines and there are some options for eating very close. The hot breakfast was decent with eggs and biscuits and sausage, etc.

excellent stay at this hotel. comfortable beds, room very clean and modern. breakfast was great and the lady that manages the breakfast was so nice. she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel at home. would definity stay here again. they could explain in the room info very specifically how to get on the wifi, had to call the help line.

This is one of the properties I really enjoy visiting. It is ideally situated in the middle of the state and all of Utah’s many experiences are easily accessed from this hub location. The staff is incredible. A couple stays and they know you as friends. Have some time and interests and they can help you maximize you spare time seeing or participating in the state’s rich wonders.

I don't normally go to Richfield, Utah. It's a small town, off I-70, and I was there for a conference. Of the hotel/motels in Richfield it was probably the best available. It was convenient to the off-ramp off I-70, the staff was personable and for the most part, the accomodations and the bed were very comfortable. My biggest complaint was the lack of plugs for hooking up technology. I had both an iPhone and an iPad to charge, and there wasn't a convenient plug for them in the room. In most newer hotels I'm used to the lamps on the end tables having plugs built into the base for extra technology. Even though this hotel was new, it did not have that luxury.
The continental breakfast was better than what you might find at some mid-tier motels, but the eggs were a bit runny and it seemed everything I wanted to eat for breakfast was out, but the cook kept saying she would have more in a few minutes. I settled for something I didn't really want because I didn't have time to wait for the cinnamon rolls to warm up and for the next batch of bacon to be ready.
Finally, although I'm a priority club member, there was no recognition or goody bag. I'm fine with that. I don't need recognition or a goody bag. I was just surprised because I'm a new priority club member and last month, in a different HI Express in Salt Lake City, they made a big thing of my friend's membership when we checked in there. I thought that was the norm.

From the greeting of the friendly clerk to the maid's attention to detail, my stay was very pleasant. I enjoyed the fitness center and the fireplace in the lobby. Even though my room was on the freeway side, noise was never a problem. It was a very nice visit. The only suggestion I would make is to mark the driveway more clearly! It was hard to find the first time.

The rome was wonderful. Two queen beds plus a sitting chair. The bathroom was large and accomaditing. The staff was wonderfully pleasant and helpful. Even suggesting eating places located around the hotel, depending on preferance. The whole experiance was a treat after a long time on the road.

Close to a gas station and walking distance to a resturant. We have stayed at this Holiday Inn several time when we travel to or from Denver. The rooms are clean and confortable. On our last stay on New Years Eve, 2012 the weather outside was in the teens but the room heater worked and was quite.

The front desk staff was pleasant. Cookies were hot and delicious by the check-in counter. Nice touch. Our room was clean as we anticipated. The king bed was very comfortable. One minor note regarding the shower curtain. It would be perfect if it was a little longer. Because during the shower, the curtain kept "flying out" outside the tub causing some water splater on the floor, if one is not careful. We have always love your breakfast. On this trip we had pretty good selections but was disappointed that the eggs were made from dehydrated power and it was too watery. Grateful there were lots of Cinnabuns. Also, the Christmas decorations were beautiful and feastive. A welcome cozy feeling coming in from the chilly outside.

We stayed at this hotel twice recently. Great location for a one day trip from Denver. Everything was good, from the friendly staff and telephone answered as "Award Winning Facility" turned out to be true. I will keep their phone number in my cell phone for future use. We try and use Holiday Inn Express on all of our trips if available and are seldom disappointed.

We went there for a short vacation with friends. At the last minute they told our friends they didn't take pets. So, at the last minute, they had to find another hotel. As I was bringing in our bags I looked to the stairwell and there was a black lab ans a small terrier staring at me??? I asked and received a stale response that amounted to an ignorant comment like I had insulted them. OK, I let that pass. The next day we went on a drive down the Burr Trail. Tired and ready to hit the sack we returned to the hotel. And lo and behold the card key didn't work. So we go to the desk and the girl tells us we only reserved the room for one night. So I produce the reservation printed from the Holiday Inn reservation page that showed our reservation for 2 nights. She says she doesn't care what my paper says. So I point out that its a holiday inn reservation printed from the holiday inn web site and therefore is her companies paper and not mine. Then she starts to rant that I'm yelling at her and she doesn't have to take it. So I have to explain I have traveled since 1957 and have been a priority club member since 1994 (19 years) and I don't yell at receptionists but I will defend my position. OK, now we finally get a new card key. So we get into the room and it hasn't been touched. So we call the desk again and asked (no not for the room to be cleaned, a little to late for that) for some clean towels and coffee. At this point they called in a member of the housekeeping staff and she was a breath of fresh air. If they had a lick of sense they would put this girl at the front desk. And, of course, the hotel did nothing in response. This was all my fault. So I add this review so all these rosy red reviews don't fool you. You will take your chances if you stay there. I hope you have a nice stay.

Traveling from Denver to Lake Havasu City, Richfield is a midway point. We have stayed here in the past and really enjoyed the night stay. Would stay here again if in the area.
