Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by room decor I preferred the previous room furnishings for the windows. II an sure that this is an industry change, but curtains are more effective that the shades. Furthermore it added warmth and was more attractive. Desk clerks Carol and Lamin are gracious and accommodating. April 23, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service but staff over extended We were checking in later in the evening (9pm), but it was busy due to everyone traveling over spring break. There was only one person on staff, she was great, helpful and friendly, but there was a line at the desk, people asking for towels and sheets and the phone was ringing. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and the staff person running the breakfast area was helpful and outgoing. Very friendly staff, room was large enough for a roll away to be added and the pool look in good shape though we didn't get a chance to use it. April 16, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Time will Tell This has been our 1/2 way marker each time we travek South to Florida. Given it had been approx. 5 years since our last stay we were not sure what to expect. Over all the site was showing wear when we arrived. Our room was recently remodeled however it was lacking any table/chairs or even a lounge chair. The bathroom tile could have used a cleaning. We learned on arrival the fitness center was closed for remodeling and yes we would have used it if it were available. The pool was in use but dimly lit and the water didnt appear as clean as we would like. Our daughter still swam for a short while. Over all this location had aged a bit but it was obvious they were updating to correct this. We were there to get some sleep and that we did. April 13, 2015

I had broken my arm and your staff member at the front desk offered to give us a 1st floor, not far from front desk because of my condition. I usually make a reservation but had not due to the circumstances. Couldn't have ask for better service. Thank you! April 8, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Travelling to Florida Spent the night at this hotel on the way to Florida and it was great. Hotel staff was courteous and room was what I would expect. It was clean and quiet. It allowed us to relax and get a good nights sleep prior to travelling on the next morning. March 30, 2015
