This is how a hotel stay should go. Easy check in. Great, PERSONAL service. Friendliest staff around. Clean rooms. Biggest thing was the personal touch that showed throughout the hotel. We will be back!

I came in late at night and really had very little interaction with the staff or the facility. The night clerk was friendly and efficient. The room was quiet and clean. That's all I needed.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Great beds. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The was a high school track team staying the same weekend. The Staff did a great job of keeping the dining area organized and breakfast items replenished even with all those hungry teenagers. Great Job Staff!

Enjoyed being near the water and having a view from our room. Room was clean and staff was welcoming. We felt appreciated as Priority Club Members.

One of my favorite HI-express hotels! This hotel and the staff that run it have been awesome. I travel a lot to this area and always try to stay here. It is a great hotel and super friendly staff.

I was undecided about staying a 2d night, but the staff was amenable if I called by noon on the day i wanted to extend--I did and they had the room ready for me--it was a blessing after a round trip of 7 hours of driving. The staff of this hotel is always ready and willing to give service in any manner in order to please the customer. I have stayed at this hotel exclusively since they opened and I will continue to do so. Service is great, the breakfast is terrific and the beds are very conformatable. The locaton is very handy to everything I want to do and see in Rockport.
