Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room Care & Amenities Clean towels were not exchanged appropriately. Consummied coffee was not replaced on a daily basis.. Fresh coffee was not available throughout the day and evening. Swimming pool has not been functioning for the past several years. Drainage has been a problem each time over the past several years. Wi-fi connect has to be established each time that you turn on your iPad. I missed the afternoon freshly baked cokies. June 5, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Would not recommend this hotel We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 3 or 4 years when visiting family in Rome. This by far was the worst stay of them all. We had an issue with one of the beds being broken. The bed felt like you were sinking in the middle. We requested a new mattress or someone to look into the issue. The hotel was fully booked so there was no opportunity to switch rooms. So, I slept in the broken bed and woke up feeling like I had liitle to no sleep and a sore back. We were told that maintance had replaced the box springs and that was the issue. The bed was still sinking in the middle and called the front desk to let them know it was still an issue. The front desk called maintance who said the left a card in the room that the situation was fixed and that there was no issue at this point. There was no card in the room and the bed was still sinking in the middle. The other Queen bed in the room was fine and very firm like most of the beds we've slept in at this hotel. I understand there is not much you can do to accomidate your guest when the hotel is fully booked. It would have been nice, but not expected if they could have offered to move us to another hotel. We will stay at another hotel in the area in the future when visiting Rome. April 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great trip this was during the snow storm and we came over for a recruiting visit to berry college. the normal 3 hour drive took us 6 1/2 hours so we arrived very late the staff was wonderful !!!!!!! very pleasant at 1:00 am the bed were super comfortable and every thing was spotless we had breakfast the next morning it was very good. and to top off everything my son is a berry commit and every home game I know where we will be staying a true gem for rome !!!!!!! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight stay We were there one night to see a college baseball game. We travel around quite a bit and usually stay in a Holiday Inn express. It was your typical HIE. I have seen some that were a little nicer and a few that were older and conversions that weren't so great. This is a newer property and is in a good location for the area. March 26, 2014

Breakfast was nice but really missed the pancakes since machine was broken....maybe next time. Lovely time each visit here. Will the parking lot ever be fixed........hence, the use of the pool in a few months? March 1, 2014

The rooms are very clean and the staff is more than accomodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. If we have a chance to travel to this area again, this will be where we stay. When I checked in I did not go up to the room immediately as we were visiting people in Rome. I did not get to the room until after midnight and was a bit surprised. The breakfast was nice and lots of room to spread out in. This was a far more deluxe experience than I expected from a Holiday Inn. November 18, 2013

The issue with the pool and the foundation issues is a bit of an eye sore but other than that, my stay was well worth it. September 5, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good service but other things needing improvement Friendly staff and great breakfast but have stayed here many times in the last few years and no pool to unwind in after a hot summer day. Other area hotels have pools and may get more of my business in the future. Really enjoy staying in Holiday Inn brand motels and do very often for business. Also being a Platinum Priority club member is not even recognized during my stay. Most other Holidayy inn hotels give something like a bottle of water and thank you for being a priority club member. Also many holiday inns offer some sort of managers reception at least one night throughout the week, some every night. But on a good note the rooms are always clean and the hotel is clean and always nice staff. July 30, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Grat Service and comfortable beds After being on the motorcyles for over 8 hrs, we were looking for a place to stay, Rome was the biggest city that provided a service with a name brand hotel. Being a ING Reward Club member, Holiday Inn Express was the first place we go to when traveling. With no reservation, there were rooms available on a Thursday night in a college town! With no nearby restraurants, we drove into the city for a late dinner. The staff asked us to park the motorcycles near the entrance, so they could keep an eye on them. It was much safer to put them at the entry than take up a parking space. The breakfast was awesome, we tried the new pancake machine, cool, push a button, pancakes drop onto your plate below! Breakfast bar was full of food, clean and large amount of seating. No traffic issues the next day for those who travel into Atlanta, we took off after a great breakfast and will continue to use ING hotels in the future. July 28, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rome Holiday Inn The Holiday Inn itself is fantastic but they have damage to the pool area so it is closed and the parking lot is damaged. All the damage looks as if it was not constructed properly and is falling off the hill on the back side. It needs to be repaired. All staff members are super nice. July 26, 2013
