Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent customer service! I have limited mobility and the staff made my stay very comfortable. Every time I turned around, someone was offering to help me. I also travel with my dog and she was welcomed. The room had a back door out to the little patio area with an incredible view of the river! It also made it very convenient to take my dog out where there were potty bags and a disposal for them. I love this hotel and will stay here again! November 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT PLACE TO STAY WE HAD A GREAT STAY FOR A NIGHT GOING ON TO CALIFORNIA. STAFF WAS HELPFUL, THE PARKING LOT WAS WELL LIT AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF PARKING. AND WE HAD A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE RIVER. PRICE WAS FINE. WE ENJOYED THE POOL AND BREAKFAST FOOD TOO. NEXT TIME WE WILL TRY THE WHIRLPOOL/HOTTUB TOO. November 13, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express Stay Typically my stay at Holiday Inn Express are always excellent. In fact I would have to say five gold star quality. My stay the Oregon Holiday Inn Express both in Roseburg and Wilsonville was inferior to my typical stays from the standpoint that I had issues with nonfunctional things in the rooms, reported them to the front desk and basically received no response.
