Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay The only problem I saw was the bench at front entrance, this was the smoking are but no cigarette receptor. All cigarette butts were laying in front of bench.Maybe move the bench to the side grassy area with a cigarette receptor. The breakfast staff should learn how to assemble the pancake machine properly (It would not work and the staff put the syrup tray on the side the pancakes were to come out). This was a turn off for me being that I am not a breakfast person and basically eat waffles when staying at hotels. May 19, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First Time Visit We enjoyed the stay at holiday Inn Express especially because of the staff. One young lady named Ally, was very helpful and attentive. The rooms were very nicely cleaned and redone every time we returned back to our room. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the cookies in the afternoon. thank staff for making my first visit to San Antonio a very pleasant one. May 3, 2016

The room was clean but the thermostat would not reset for below 70 degrees so it didn't get cool enough for me to have a comfortable sleep. The staff was friendly but once again there was no one at the front desk when I entered to check in. May 2, 2016

Complimentary breakfast was non-existent because the staff said they did not want to make more since the food was frozen and it would take too long. The hotel was busy, they should have planned ahead. Manager was no where to be found. Poor experience at this location. April 27, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Very disappointed in my stay at this hotel. I paid for a 3 bed suit and this room was tiny. Limited room to even walk around the beds. House keeping did not replace towels or rags even after my request. One trash can in the bathroom. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.. very disappointing for a Holiday Inn!!! I will not be returning... April 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel with Minor Issues Enjoyed staying at this HI Express. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great. Internet was good. Sink stopper was broken and I did not have time to call maintenance. Coffee station was out of regular cups and was using the smaller individual wrapped room cups. Location is next to a good restaurant and movie theater. April 10, 2016
