The employees need to learn who is member and the levels. Show courtesy and also give you the greeting as member and the day. Was the only hotels not recognize the members .

Wonderful staff friendly very helpful just all around good people. Beds very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Ice machines on floor was able to keep my sodas good and cold. Comfortable temperature in room so comfortable until I over sleep. Breakfast was good. I really loved how easy it was to check out this was my first time having it so easy. Also had the correct charges on my card. So please any body planning on visiting San Antonio, Texas PLEASE CHECK out this Holiday Inn

Al llegar al hotel me entregaron la llave y sorpresa, el cuarto estaba ocupado y el hesped salio de la habitacion, finalmente me reasignaron otra habitacion pero pase un mal momento por esto.

My stay at this hotel was one of my more pleasurable experiences. The hotel was one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. The bed was outstanding, the air conditioning worked perfect and the staff was some of the friendliest people I've ever came across. This hotel is an extreme value. I give it a 10 out of 10.

It's great to come back to a Hotel like this, when you work all day.
The room is always clean. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is spacious and works well.

We were able to make it to Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals between the Spurs and the OKC Thunder.
We chose this HIE because of the convenient location to the AT

I was visiting my home city and this Holiday Inn came up when I was looking in San Antonio. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will be staying when I visit San Antonio again.

Location to AT&T center was great as well as to the Riverwalk. The room was clean and the breakfast was AWESOME! Since it was a fairly new hotel, they told us we couldn't get our reward points because they were not set up for it.

The door had a terrible squeaking/squawking noise when opening/closing. We reported it so hopefully, they were going to tend to it after we left. The floor had not been vacuumed at all. I picked things up off the floor and put in the trash but finally gave up. Around the commode was not clean. The lamp in the living room area would not work where it was plugged in/only when I moved it to the other room would it work. The thermostat in the living area never did anything. We turned it up to heat but never appeared to work. A red light came on but nothing happened. We stay in lots of hotels so I have my expectations when going to a hotel. This one did not meet up to standards.

Upon arriving at 3:15 in the afternoon ( check in is at 3:00) they had know room ready for us.... Once we got our room it was great.... Until we got ready to check out two days later and was held up at 5:00 in the morning due to a -15.72 on my bill which could not be explained . The clerk called his manager and she was not able to give an explanation . At this time I was put on the phone with manager who assured me that she would handle it when she got in to work and if it was something I owed it would be taken care of by her because of the inconveince. Didn't happen .. Still charged my card 15.72 and I still don't know why because we were tax exempt.

Quick summary is that we booked this hotel and was pleased to see that it was brand new. We booked one of the largest rooms to only unpack our belongings and find out the air conditioner was not working. We informed the front desk that the ac wasn't working, and after we come back from the basketball game and it wasn't working that we will need a new room. Well on return, our ac was still not working, so we called front desk and they send maintenance to look at it and they said it wasn't working. So we did get to change rooms, but they put us in a smaller room than what we previously had. Very disappointed in that. I would expect to get equal. So that definitely left a bad impression with us.
