Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Stay anywhere else For our first reservation, we arrived at 11pm to find out our 2-room reservation had been cancelled, but they booked us instead at another hotel- at the same cost, it was a disgusting moldy hotel. Other members of our group were arriving at 2am, and we had no way to contact them since they were in transit, which caused us a very stressful night. The whole experience was handled badly, but we decided to reconfirm the second stay (on our way home), gave them another chance. Not only did they have insufficient shuttles for the morning flights, they said they would have breakfast gift bags ready- which were not by the time we left for our 6:30am flight. We were not greeted as Priority Members, nor given even a bottle of complimentary water. The toilet was broken, but by the time we'd been through the rude staff, confusion and disappointment, I don't even think I let them know about it. March 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CARLOS I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in San Jose several times, traveling directly to Liberia where I have my business does not allow me to pass to San Jose, but since the plane fares are more inexpensive via San Jose, is totally worth it staying at the Holiday in Express, it was as before totally wonderful, and having the casino to have dinner close by ( I don't gamble ) and few glasses of wine is simple great.
