There is not much more you could ask for considering the cost of the room. Free breakfast, indoor pool, business center, work out room,direct tv with 10 movie channels, for the business traveler it is perfect. Thank you Richmond Airport HIE its my home away from home. I must say that I am a stickler for cleanliness and I have not been disappointed by staying here. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to see to your needs and to offer suggestions. This is a wonderful place to stay. Do not hesitate to stay here. June 22, 2016

Nothing is over the top and the breakfasts are very fulfilling and save time and aggravation in the morning so one can get on with the day without having to figure out where to go and what to do besides incurring another expense. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Just not impressed Upon arrival were were provided a key to a room that did not work. After coming back to the desk were were given a different room assuming the lock did not work on the first room. Three keys later and my family is just waiting and waiting it finally works. The front desk staff was so busy by herself that there was a significant amount of waiting between all the different keys. there were no sheets for the pullout couch so we asked or some when we left for dinner and were told that they would be in the room upon our return. When we returned they were not in the room so I had to make another trip back to the front desk to get them. We called for extra towels as there were only two even though the reservation said there were three in our party. Back to the front desk to get the towels. During the night the smoke alarn battery kept going off as it needed replacement so as you can assume we did not sleep much at all. The attention to detail, maintenance and customer service at this location needs to increase tremendously. May 28, 2016
