Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by was o.k. nothing special. we stayed at another Holiday Inn at GA, had great experience there, so we decided to stay another Holiday Inn. at indiana, but this Holiday Inn was not good as GA. but price was so so. I can't complain stuff and services, they're great. But room was not so great and bed was bad. March 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Inviting I spend a fare amount of time traviling. This hotel was just off the interstate and easy to find. I arrivied late in the evening and was supprised to see baskets of fresh apples and plenty of news papers. The lobby was comfortable, well decorated and I was greated and attended too right away. My room smelled fresh and was clean. Breakfeast was good with a better than average selection of items both hot and cold. During my stay the breakfeast items were attended to by the same person working the check in/out desk and seemed to be falling behind refreshing food items. Over all a good experince and I will be staying here again. February 15, 2013

Starting with the friendly, knowledgeable, helpful front desk staff, then the very clean lobby area, and the room itself was super cozy and comfortable! It's not bad, but don't plan your vacation around Scottsburg...there is nothing there...just a couple interstate motels & fast food joints...tired little old town, running out of steam. It's not even, a seemingly, inexpensive place to stay north of Louisville. You can do better, far closer to Louisville, Seymour, Columbus or Indianapolis...and the rooms at this property? Well, they're painted OK, (in prison green), but pictureless (is that a word?) They look like a "starter franchise location!" Clean, decent, but don't expect much more...just a place for us traveling salesmen to crash, after a long day of driving and work...nothing more... December 10, 2012

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Above average Express! It is located very near the expressway less than 1/4 mile from the off ramp. A ponderosa restaurant as well as a KFC within walking distance. The hotel was very nicely decorated for the Christmas season, including a tree with presents above the door and garland on the staircase in the lobby. The breakfast was similar to many Express locations with a few extra choices. Friendly, knowledgable staff made the stay worth doing again. December 7, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lacking attention to details!! Smooth check-in Upon trying to enter my room neither key would work! The GM was on my floor and noticed someting was wrong He let me in my room with the master key asked if he could get a new set of keys for me (very nice)! When the keys arrived I asked the staff to look at something. The couch in the room was trashed. Couldn't sit on it. You would think the next day a different couch from another room would have been switched seeing that I was staying for 2 days. (disappointed#! The 2nd day after returning from work the replacement keys didn't work!!!!! #needless to say a little mad) December 6, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Some Flaws but overall average We stopped at your Holiday Inn as a small get away ....when we saw the lobby...we thought it was decorated so beautiful & quaint. We were given a room on the 1st floor with no curtains for privacy....when we went to the desk the girl apologized & upgraded our room immediately...that was nice. After relaxing for awhile my husband threw a small ball of toilet paper in the toilet (after blowing his nose). Now our toilet is about to overflow...we call down to the desk & they send up the girl from the front desk with a plunger sticking out of a small bag. This was very tacky...why not hide a plunger in the room in a closet or get a case for it ???? The girl said this is an on-going problem. I would have scored your Holiday Inn higher but the plunger thing was bad. November 26, 2012
