Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by River Room We enjoyed the river view room. It was delightful and quiet. The bed was adequate, but a newer one would be an improvement. Unfortunately for my husband, your customer computer was not working either that night or in the morning. We appreciated that the inn was walking distance to downtown and restaurants. The staff and breakfast was very good. October 20, 2012

The location is great with nice river view rooms and a short walk from the fun of downtown Seaside or the beach. The staff were very helpful when I needed advice or help in modifying an existing reservation. They were able to get me a room style that was not available online and even got me a better rate. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to snuff for Holiday Inn Express The room was dirty. The rug looked quite dirty and faded. The mattress was firm (which in general is OK) but it was possible to feel individual springs or supports while lying on it (not OK). In general, this property was well below other HIE's I have visited. October 8, 2012
