Everything was just fine with our stay here-we were road weary and had stayed at various hotels with various issues prior to landing here. The bed was great, best ever second to our own Tempurpedic. The staff was friendly and went out of their way for a couple requests. The 'Casino Package' deal is well worth it!! The grounds were clean and well lit, we felt safe. We couldn't ask for anything more at this price point - nice job Holiday Inn Express @ Shelbyville!!

I like the fact that I can stay at this Hotel and not have to worry about anything, like on this trip I forgot my Razor but it was not a problem, the staff got me one right away.

We visit Indianapolis several times for dental visits. Our last stay was at a hotel that was over $200 a night, which did not include internet, and parking was difficult. The first room they put us in smelled and they moved us. We regretted ever staying there and I posted a unhappy review. We decided to come to Shelbyville so we could visit the nearby casino. We were very happy with our decision to stay with you. The room was nice, free internet and FREE breakfast. We will stay here again for our next appt.

Kids had a blast in the pool. Hot tub was great. Rooms were a little cramped and there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room.

I had an issue with billing. and they never fixed the issue or send me the right receipt.
Stay itself was okay, but my several attempts to get the billing have been failed. I would question the management for not responsive.
I was promised to the the billing to be fixed and emailed when I checked out. But never received. I called two times. I received an email without any amount showing in the statement.
I didn't even get a point for the stay.

this is a great place to stay when going to Indiana Grand casino in Shelbyville. The staff are great and the breakfast is very good and with alot of different things.
