Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Poor Experience First room did not have the sofa bed that I was promised at check in. The room just had an empty spot! The front desk was surprised about it as well, and simply offered a change of rooms. The second room's A/C unit did not power up at all. Front desk simply advised me that they did not have another room for me. The staff could not get the unit to work. No apologies, simply stated that they will make Maintenance aware of the issue. Sure did not help me for an uncomfortable night. The hotel did not have wash cloths for shower!!! My family is from the USA and were completely new to the area or we would have found another hotel. This hotel does not meet Holiday Inn Express standards by any means. February 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable I stayed here for one night while in transit for a flight. The staff are lovely. The only issue is the rooms are not very sound proof so you can here flights from the airport and other guests going up and down the hall. Other than that it is a lovely place to stay and close to the airport and you can get the bus - perfect. Cannot comment on cooked food as there was an issue with gas but the sanwiches that were available for fantastic. I would stay here again. February 26, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, car park expensive if you can find a space! I stay at this hotel a lot with work. The staff are on the whole very good, although they do seem to have a lot of new members of staff who are not always the best. The last few times I have been woken up by house keeping banging on the door, despite having the do not disturb sign on. From a conversation I heard when checking out I was not the only one to suffer this. The onsite restaurant (Tratts) is ok for a quick meal before you go out. However it is only open M-F despite the menu saying its open everyday. We found this out by calling the restaurant to make a reservation and being asked to leave a message on the answer phone. When no one called us back from Tratts I called reception and was advised it's closed. This completely messed the night up as we had to look for somewhere else to eat, which made us late. The car park at the hotel is a nightmare be warned. Since they removed the barriers a lot of locals and guests from other hotels park their cars here. Every weekend for the last 3 weeks I have been unable to park in a space in the car park. Guests are having to park on corners, on the grass by the entrance and generally where ever they can find some space. One night after returning from a night out I witnessed a taxi drop 4 people off at the hotel who then got into separate cars and drove off. Luckily we managed to get a space, however this was after driving about for 25 minutes at 2.30am. Considering the hotel put the price up to £10 per night to park here I would like to actually park my car in a space. Not on the side of the road or on the corner of the entrance to the hotel. This really needs to be looked into and resolved by the manager. Because of this I have booked myself into another hotel this weekend. February 26, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worse hotel I have stayed in I am used to staying in holiday inns a lot as I use them normally for work related but this time I asked my whole family to stay for my 40th as I was having a party not far from the Holiday inn and it was the worse sleep I have has an ages my air conditioning did not work when I rang down to reception they said they will send someone up and they never did the rooms were so hot there was a lot of noise coming from upstairs I did call reception again they did nothing and also we had no towels in our room and had to te reception 4 times until they gave us some and the breakfast the next morning I have never eaten anything so disgusting in my life I have not stopped throwing up since having that overall this place is vile!!!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay and Comfortable A very clean, modern hotel. The bathroom was very clean. The room was confortable. Location is ideal for Heathrow and close to the M4. Plenty of car park spaces, although can get full sometimes, however always managed to park on site. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only recommendation is to improve the WiFi connection.
