I am an Elite IHG member and enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn. However, upon arrival at this location I was totally disappointed. The room was excellent as always. I always stay in an Executive King Suite. However, when desiring to retire to the indoor pool it was cold. The A/C was on and nobody knew when it would be usable. Then in the morning the breakfast bar was incomplete. No milk, yogurt, and the muffin tray was empty. I asked when will we have more milk and muffins. Nobody knew the answer. I was told they were still frozen. If your planning a short stay and do no swimming and fasting breakfast this is the place for you

The hotel was an average Holiday Inn Express that I have come to expect except the pool area. My wife and I always take the evening to unwind at the pool. THIS pool was freezing cold even though the website says "heated indoor". The thermometer in the pool had a temperature of 68-70 degrees. One of the other guests commented that they had communicated with the front desk about the temperature and they were told "it was the normal temperature".
The hottub was warm, but incredibly small, and had a green algea-color to it.
If you want a bed to sleep, it's ok, but if you want to use the pool, find another hotel.

This hotel is a great location if you do not want to be in all the Nashville traffic but want to be close enough to enjoy the Nashville scene. Very nice staff and room, this hotel is my choice to stay when I am in the area.

This place offered your typical Holiday Inn Express experience. Staff was friendly, rooms are good, and breakfast is a treat.

we stayed two nights to visit family. Found this location to be very convenient to everything and very comfortable. Found everything we needed in our room. We got the king bed. Pillows were great which is usually an issue for me. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Will definitely stay here again on next trip to the area.

Booked this room as a quick getaway from Memphis, one of our main purposes was to one take our 4-year daugther to the pool, see the and do some shopping. We got into town went shopping but rushed as we wanted to get to the hotel to enjoy the pool before it closed. The first thing I noticed when I walked into the pool room was hold frigidly cold it was, second thing I noticed was how cold this "indoor heated pool was", third thing I noticed was that the hot tub was broke, the front desk was nice but unhelpful. I find it hard to believe that with as much money as hotels take in in an hour that anything should ever be broken. The worst part was having to my child why she could not go swimming, we left the pool with her very upset and sad, it bothered me so much that we checked out of the room and into a nearby hotel with a functioning pool and hot tub, they saved our mini getaway. Also the room had a warped bathroom door and I could actually stick my hand under the entrance door, I had to stuff towels underneath to protect our privacy from people who would stick a camera or something under there. I usually book all my vactations with Holiday Inn and express and have never had a problem until now. The hotel is also back up in a cut, I did not feel very comfortable with its way back off the street location.

I stay here about 3 times a month for work and the stay was good as usual. Room was clean, staff was polite and nice, breakfast was good, etc. The only problem was the wifi. First make sure the network requires the passcode for the day and it's not some random open network calling itself holiday inn, second thing is to be patient. The connection will say excellent but videos freeze while the audio continues to play or videos stops all together, pages don't load and so on. This happens in the room, lobby, or hallways. It's not a problem on every stay but it has become frequent enough to not be a surprise anymore.

Being military, my family always stays at the HIExpress for its quality and military rates. It is usually a very pleasant experience. However, when it came time to go to bed, we pulled out the sofa/bed for our daughter only to find dirty sheets still in place along with the other sleeping linens. I changed the sheets myself with some clean ones from the closet. At 10:30 we were still awake due to children running up and down the hallway while yelling. We were in room 124 which was only 20 feet from the front desk. My husband had to deal with the problem himself. I am not pleased with my stay and hope the problems mentioned and lack of attention given by the staff has been addressed.

It's getting closer to summer so that means grass grows faster so if you are staying on the first floor you could be woken up by mowing. This may not affect many people but in my case it interrupts my sleep schedule since I work overnight. The internet is spotty, the status bar will say excellent reception but videos won't load, freeze, etc. Also, there is an open wifi network that says holiday 2 and this isn't The Holiday Inn network so be careful. The actual network requires the hotel code.

We usually elect to stay in the Nashville area on our trips between Illinois and Florida. This H/I Express location is good because we can use the Briley Parkway to avoid the "free parking" on I24 thru downtown Nashville. The front desk staff is very competent and I would like to give extra kudos to Carri who really helped us out during a recent stay.

This is our third stay at this property and they are consistently excellent with guest service and hospitality.
The rooms and common areas are very clean and it is easy to see the pride the staff has for their job.
We did notice somewhat slow internet speeds though, but everything else was great.

1st of all the cleaning staff always did an excellent job on my room. They paid attention to detail. The bed was always fresh. The carpet was vacuumed and the bathroom was spotless. The front desk also did a great job. They made sure everything was perfect. This hotel has a great crew. I travel a lot and have never seen better.

My stay from last week at this hotel is the worst I ever had. I always stay at this hotel for business due location but this time there were some inconvenients I had:
-No wireless connection at all in the room
-PC from business center didn´t work all 4 days I stay
-There´s a fortune wheel and this time got in the middle of bottled water and 1000 points and clerk desk amazed why prefered the bottled water instead the points and I response that I never get the points from last 4 times, hopefully she add those 1000 points to my account right away.
-There was a often noise like toilet being flushed but not sure if it came from the toilet or between walls.
-No variety at breakfast options just same salty food than everyday.
In resume it was too expensive for what I got.
For this week I prefered to change my stay to Holiday Inn located at Murfreesboro

First time staying here and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable and clean. Direct TV gave me too many options and it was hard to pick a channel. Breakfast was very good and they had a wide selection. To go boxes for the sweet rolls was a nice touch.

The experience at the Holiday Inn Express was business related. I enjoyed my stay, the entry staff was very courteous and helpful. When I checked out I asked to print the invoice with the address I updated on my IHG Rewards club when I originally checked in. The front desk was a bit hesitant with the request, but he eventually fulfilled it. I will be visiting the Holiday Inn Express in the near future. Thanks for the rewards wheel! That was awesome.

We stayed Christmas Eve. We were met at the desk by a very friendly young lady who made us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, with all the amenities you could ask for. Our only complaint was the early morning noise coming from the kitchen prep area on the first floor. I will ask for a room farther from that area on our next visit.
Overall, a very nice hotel, in an excellent location!

After driving all day; then getting caught in traffic (taking almost an hour to get to the exit due to weather and accidents) and having a bad dinner at nearby establishment, it was great to see the welcome of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel/and room. Will stay here again, if going through.
