This was a very good value for the money. Staff were friendly, room was clean, temperature controls worked, lighting good, towels clean, bathroom clean, sheets clean. The stay meets all expectations of service.

We have stayed here on two occasions to attend weddings in the area. The hotel is conveniently located, very clean, quiet and the staff friendly and attentive. Best night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable and hope I can find that perfect mattress for our home. Would definitely recommend.

This Holiday Inn is comfortable and clean but wifi is absolutely terrible and breakfast was tepid instead of hot.......Prefer the Brooksville location.

No Microwave in room, the breakfast was not good. We always stay at HIE and are very satisfied with everything but this HIE in Spring Hill FL was not up to your normal standards, I would not recommend it nor would I stay there again.

This hotel is far below expectations. Not like the other holiday inn express and suites.
Very poor internet, slow and almost always disconnects. I booked this hotel just because I thought I would get excellent Internet service. I traveled there because of a business work which I needed to make online research. I was surprised to find out that the Internet never worked when I got there. The front desk guy kept telling me he is trying to get the IT guy but still not getting him. So he made me use the business Room desktop when I wanted to do stuff in the comfort of my room. Even there, it was so slow and tiring. I needed to enter an administrator's password to get the sound on because if has been put off but he never entered the password to turn on the sound. I needed to watch online discussion as part of my research. I told him if the Internet won't come on I will have to go elsewhere. The guy never responded to that. I left to sleep around 10:30pm hoping to get to the meeting with no insight. That ruined the purpose of my visit. It was after my meeting that the Internet came on but that was on and off and extremely slow. One bad thing is about the fact that they deduct $50 from you card immediately at check inn and lie to you that, "that amount is on Hold. And that gets refunded to you after 8-10 days after check out". They should tell us we will have to make a refundable deposit for any damages but they should not lie to us that the amount is on hold when indeed it has been deducted from my account. What then happens if I have to buy something immediately with that cash after check out? I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Because u can get same or even better service with nearby hotels at cheaper cost. In fact my other business partners used nearby hotels that were better and cheap. The only thing I enjoyed here was the diverse and excellent breakfast. I really think I need some refund of some sort.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Will stay here on our next visit to Spring Hill.
