Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great staff we stayed in springfield and enjoyed the stay will return there when in the area. We had a mechanical problem and the shuttle service took us to the store to buy the part we needed and the front desk extended our check out to give us enough time to fix our problem. We are very glad we chose to stop here. March 2, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another Great Stay at Springfield! I always have a great experience at this HI Express, been staying here for years. Recently remodeled, new look is great. Also a great location for me as I travel in and around DC, easy to get where I need to go, and plenty of places to eat in the area as well. The staff is great, always helpful, especially Samir at the front desk. As soon as I walk through the door he greets me by name, makes sure that my accommodations are to my liking, etc. The rest of the staff is great too. If you stay there you'll find out for yourself, try it! March 2, 2015

Short distance to the Springfield Mall, and shuttle service to the Metro station. Excellent dining within walking distance Mike American Grill. The staff is professional and very helpful. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GYM EQUIPMENT I was on both of the treadmill and neither of them had an outlet of the earphones to be plugged into. I was unable to listen to the television while working out and the stationary bicycle was out of order for the entire week that I was there. No my idea of a fully functional gym for your hotel.
